THE WORST MOST INCOMPETENT SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE – Where to begin...After having them diagnose my Dacor range as needing new burner valves and me providing approval on the spot to order the replacement parts, they waited EIGHT business days to place the order. They then told me that it would take another TWO WEEKS for the parts to come in and then they would see when the repair could be done. After a lot of back and forth with Dacor trying to find out if in fact the parts were on back order (they weren't) and what the model numbers were so I could spend time trying to get them here faster (I have a 16 month old and can NOT be without a stove for a month), they told me I was calling them too much and they were going to cancel my order.
Just really the most horrible experience I have ever had with a service manufacturer, not to mention a service manufacturer for a high-end appliance. The worst, the rudest, the nastiest most horrible people who are so not interested in providing service. Not to mention, they charged me 81 bucks for the 'diagnosis' and won't give me my money back.
So, after reporting them to Dacor :-) they got me the model numbers of the valves I needed and they will be delivered in less than a week and someone else will install them.
Have I made myself clear???? THE WORST EVER DO NOT USE THEM!
RUDE, INCOMPETENT, UNRELIABLE, ABUSIVE SERVICE – Don't use this company. Ever. They cancel appointments at the last minute. They miss appointments without calling. They send rude and abusive repairers. They refuse to provide information about repairs. Has the part come in? When will the repair be ready? When will they return the appliance? No answers are provided. They even hang up on customers when they call. Do yourself a favor and use someone else, anyone else.

I Spent months just trying to get an appointment. Employees are not helpful and very condescending. Once I finally made an appointment I wasted an entire day waiting. Despite calling ever hour to check on them, they still never showed and NEVER CALLED. When I voiced my concerns, the manager was very nonchalant and uncaring. She said that the driver took the wrong van and forgot the part he needed. They did not remedy the situation and refused to let me speak with the owner. Finally made another appointment and when I called to check on them, the manager told me that I had the date wrong and that they already came and called. Simply not true. I was home and they did not call.
They never call back when they say they will.
They refuse to let you speak with the owner.
The managers are extremely unhelpful.
They do not even attempt to fix their faults.
Overall you waist a ton of personal time just trying to get an appointment. An according to other reviews once they actually get there is even worse. STAY AWAY.
The most terrible service in my entire life – Ive never had such a terrible service in my entire life as it was with Jimmys Range. I spent 4+ months with them, I lost a lot of my personal time and my nervous talking to them, and I did not get my washing machine fixed (the machine is on warranty).
* When the technician was promising to come to my apartment for service, he was not appearing;
* When the technician finally appeared, he could not do the job. He promised to come back soon with a new part of the machine, but he was ignoring all my appointments for 2+ months.
* The technician was lying that nobody was at my home, and dispatchers were covering him;
* Dispatchers refused to send other technician to me;
* Dispatchers did not allow me to talk to a manager
THE JOB WAS NOT DONE
