First off, I texted them (like their website says you can) to ask about an available appt time and they texted back "no." I should've known then they were extremely unprofessional. One of the employees pointed out a ROACH on the wall and laughed! And it was left there the entire time! No way the girl who did my nails was licensed. She had to be 18 max and did a terrible job. If she is licensed, she obviously slept through the mani/pedi class. I know I could paint my own nails and get less paint on the skin, but I feel like a blind person could have done a better job. When taking my old polish off, she was using this tiny cotton ball and just swirled around the old polish. She insulted me by making comments about my legs not being shaved and that she didn't like the color I chose. When I took my shoes off, she gasped and said, "Wow, you're feet are so big!" I am not one of those people who yells at service employees, and I'm not even sure what I would've said other than, "Are you kidding me?" I felt like I was being punked. When I asked how much the service normally costs (w/o a coupon), she said, "People normally tip $8-12." I finally got out of her that the normal price for a mani/pedi is $65. FOR WHAT?! She barely took off the old polish, filed my nails, ran a pumice stone over my foot for 7 seconds, and put lotion on. No massage, just rubbing the lotion in. And my nails keep catching on my clothes so they are not smooth at all. I would not return for free.
