Our family currently resides at one of your properties on 4109 Macy Lane in Keller, TX. Saturday evening our air conditioning stopped working, and my husband proceeded to make calls to Century 21 hoping that someone would receive our message despite the fact that it was the week-end. At around 9:30pm, we received a message from one of your staff members, Miranda, letting us know that she was aware of our problem and apologized for the inconvenience. She proceeded to tell us that she had been in touch with a couple of air conditioning companies that would hopefully contact us Saturday evening or Sunday morning. Considering the extremely hot temperatures that we have been experiencing, we were so relieved! Miranda even took the time on Sunday morning to follow up with us to see if we had been contacted by one of the companies. After continuing to try and reach the companies by phone, with no success, Miranda let us know that she had contacted another person who would be calling us soon. By noon, the serviceman called, and soon after he arrived, we had air conditioning!! We cannot thank Miranda enough for her persistence and lack of hesitation in addressing our problem. That level of professionalism and compassion deserves to be commended, and you are fortunate to have someone like her on your team. We are grateful knowing that our management company cares for its tenants. The small steps that Miranda took made a huge difference and a wonderful impression! Thank you, and enjoy the rest of your day.

As the owner of three properties in Texas, I can only say this home was the most challenging home that we had to get back on the market in the past 5+ years that we have been with Judge Fite Property Management. There is simply no way we could manage these homes without team members like Rhonda. The prior tenant ruined the carpets and left the home absolutely filthy. With all that said, we had a bundle of support from Rhonda and the rest of your team to get things back to normal and we would like you to recognize Rhonda for all her efforts.

Rhonda always follows-up and returns emails, answers the phone timely and makes sure that we are informed about what needs to be completed to have the home back on the market. Rhonda has shown this home to multiple prospective tenants on short notice and provided constructive feedback from those showings. Rhonda was instrumental in getting this home back on the market in a timely manner. Rhonda has been in contact with multiple vendors for scheduling repairs while keeping up with her other duties and Judge Fite.

Rhonda even found time to work on the other two homes without any intervention from us. For example, I called Rhonda on 7/6/12 to follow-up on a lease agreement for another home we have with Judge Fite, 1819 Highmeadow Street . The lease agreement expired in July. Rhonda informed us that she has already talked with the tenant and secured a 1 year lease agreement and is currently working on a 2 year agreement.

Rhonda has also followed up on a lease agreement at the home at 717 Locustberry. Although the tenant does not plan to renew the lease because he plans to move jobs, Rhonda was able to secure an additional $100 per month on a month to month lease to our surprise. I believe Rhonda is in the ZONE and she should be commended for all of her work and efforts- she is one of your shining stars;

Trang & I really appreciate and understand how much your team does to keep everything running smoothly and we know that we could not effectively manage these homes without all the team work. So, thank-you all at Judge Fite. If we don’t say it every day, we really do appreciate all you do for us.

Nick, the plumber, contacted me Wednesday at 2:33pm to inform me he would be out to the property this evening. He arrived at 3:00pm and it only took him twenty minutes to fix the problem. I appreciate your professionalism, understanding, and dedication towards getting the issue resolved. I can't express my gratitude. You made me feel like a valued tenant when you called me after Century 21 required business hours, and expressed the importance of having water. I was overjoyed that I didn't have to voice the impact of not having water, but that you acknowledged the inconvenience of the situation. I know that Century 21 has protocol to follow, and that if Century 21 could have sent a plumber out yesterday they would have without hesitation because the issue was considered an emergency. Exceptional customer service is hard to come by, but you have it down. I know you were probably exhausted from me calling a plethora of times, but not having access to water is a burden. I was just trying to get the situation handled as soon as possible, so that I didn't have to be without water over night. Unfortunately, that was not the case, but I'm just pleased that the situation is resolved.
