DO NOT BUY HERE and Horrible Service Center – Jerry Ulm Dodge Chrysler Jeep is the worst dealership that I have ever dealt with. Being a person that only buys new cars, I expect the best treatment from the dealership that I buy from throughout my entire experience from the initial sale to the service. I bought a NEW 2009 Jeep Liberty from Jerry Ulm and had a good sales experience. They were courteous and professional. Hwever, after about 6,000 miles I started having to take my car in for various service issues (leaking roof, brakes squeaking, automatic locks not working, tire trend completely worn down, etc.), and have received the worst service I have ever had. Not only are the service reps not trained to be courteous to the customers, but they are not knowledgeable about their products either. They have tried to blame the car's problems on me, the driver, as if I made the tires bald, and the roof leak? I have taken my car in for all the service issues there so that they could possibly provide me with prevention techniques to eliminate some of the issues. They did not do that and then try to hit me with a huge bill each time. You are way better off shopping around and receiving the same service elsewhere for way cheaper. They also offer price match on some things, which they do not honor. They also do not offer the same manufacturers warranties on certain products that you would get from ordering straight from the manufacturer (tires). I will never shop here again, never take my car in for service again, and certainly will not recommend Jerry Ulm for anything.
BEST SERVICE EVER – Jerry Ulm?s parts, sales, and service are by far the best I?ve ever encountered. I purchased my new Chrysler 300 C last year from Tim Smetana for a price that can best be described as astonishing. I know because I shopped around. I traded my 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander. The Outlander was disappointing. I was looking at changing a timing belt on it every 60,000 miles at a cost of over a thousand dollars, and air filters were dealer item only and cost $33.00 each just for the part! I can get an air filter for my 300 C for about $8.00.
Every time my 300?s been in for oil changes and other service, I?ve been treated like family! The few minor things that needed to be done outside of routine maintenance have been fixed first time and with no hassles, none. Rob Brenneke the Fixed Operations Manager is one of the finest people in the business and he goes out of his way to see that his service customers are treated properly and respectfully.
I can highly recommend every department of Jerry Ulm. I got a great price, a fair trade, a lower rate than my credit union, and service second to none. They were Daimler Chrysler?s Dealer of the Year in both 2005 and 2006! That is a lot harder than going to the Super Bowl, the Stanley Cup, or the World Cup Soccer Championship. When you consider how many teams of Dodge Chrysler Jeep dealers there are in the country, that is an incredible achievement.
