Hani reached out to me immediately after I made an online inquiry about a vehicle in the Southbay inventory and he was an excellent communicator throughout the process. He made the final paperwork drill as painless and quick as possible and stayed late to help me with some of the technical aspects of the dashboard electronics. He's a class act all the way around.
Jesus assisted me during the test drive and negotiation phase of the process. He was a fair and honest negotiator, for which I am deeply grateful. His calm demeanor and helpful attitude were a breath of fresh air. My pre-owned car buying experiences in the past have been nowhere near as pleasant as they were here; that's a direct testament to the professionalism of both Hani and Jesus.

The entire staff was friendly and accommodating but Gaston, our "sales representative," was the real stand out. He was extremely patient and answered all of our questions thoroughly without ever being pushy-which is usually my first complaint about dealerships. We gave them a bottom line and they pretty much met our request without hesitation or BS-so refreshing! From the first test drive to signing on the dotted line, Gaston and the rest of the staff at SBVW made my car buying experience stress-free and surprisingly fun.

I basically phoned them on Sunday evening, picked up the car Monday night. Never seen the car until I picked up, no lies, no hidden fees, The sales manager, even told me the full price over the phone so I knew they are not playing any games. Salesperson knew about the cars well, went through the details of the car which I didnt know. This is very rare since a lot of salesmans out there know nothing about cars but how to slip-in extra stuff for money. I live in LA and had to drive down there just to find the right price, but I think it was worth it.

Wow, what can I say? As soon as we got to the dealership Max greeted with a very warm friendly, non-threatening wave and smile. Never did we feel obligated, bothered, or pushed by his presence. Quite the contrary. He was very knowledgeable about his product. He was very straight forward with us, seemed very sincere, which is a plus for us, and was just over all, easy going. He made this whole car shopping experience such a treat. We could have chose to go anywhere, but because he is so great at what he does, and so personable why would you want to? He puts so much of his time, professionalism, heart, into what he does, you feel he is doing what he can, to give you a good deal. If that's not a good sales person, I don't what is. Thank you Max and your entire TEAM, for everything you have done. Oh, and he looks like Luis Miguel ;)
