Right next to Bottega Louie and they have the chef of Picca and Paiche serving cheaper versions of their dishes. Amazing flavors of Peru and I always leave with a happy belly.
High-end Peruvian food by Chef Ricardo Zarate. I love the lomo saltado, the ceviche mixto, the ceviche de pulpo (octopus) and the seco. The cocktails are fun too.
Ricardo Zarate's tiny food stand gets a trendy, small-plates centered upgrade at this classy downtown hotspot.
The Paiche—an Amazonian fish from Peru—is one of my favorites dishes at Mo-Chica because it's served on a bed of awesome rice (ajiaco de arroz). So tasty and spicy! Try the Dark and Stormy drink off the menu, too.
Love the new restaurant space. The old location by USC was too limiting. Now they can serve fantastic cocktails. The alpaca stew and octopus are excellent.
