Nice, clean, very quiet place, with very friendly staff and a pretty good breakfast. The assistant manager Gloria is truly an asset to the hotel, very friendly, professional, and quick to resolve any problems or issues, and very knowledgeable of the Austin/Pflugerville area. Like the spacial arrangement of the beds and flat screen TV. My only complaint was that it was hard to find the turn-off from I-35 at night when I first tried to find the place. Will definitely stay here again.
We stayed at Sleep Inn & Suites, Austin for 3 nights and were treated to a great experience. All the employees & the management were not only professional and helpful, but they were exceptionally friendly. We enjoyed this brand new hotel with gorgeous ultra modern rooms and the free hot breakfast in the morning was excellent with plenty of fresh fruit. This hotel is set in a beautiful park like location, and there were many eating places close by. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when in Austin.
Relocated here after leaving a close hotel that was horrible. I would have been impressed even without the bad taste in my mouth from the other hotel. Mainly picked it due to price point & the "Now Open" sign. After the first scary place I wanted a newly built place to stay. First of all, beautiful decor, in the lobby & in the rooms. Clean & clean/new smelling. Hot breakfast, heck yeah. Need a mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot (with coffee provided!), flat screen tv, ironing board/iron or a hair dryer? All in the room! Outlets everywhere. Not sure about the one person's review on no outlets. Just sitting on the bed I count 4 wall outlets & 3 built into the lamps. Beds are great, pillow top with a pillow top topper. We had a 2 Queen bed room & each bed had 4 pillows. Marble countertops in the bathroom. Beautifully built & decorated. I love the tile, wall & floor in the lobby & room. Paint colors are gorgeous. I'd love to stay forever, better decorated than my house! 106 degrees outside, cool & cozy inside. I will be staying here next month when we are back in town again.
great friendly staff when you walk through the door. Room was clean and fresh smelling, tv had had plenty of channels to choose from, whether with children or not. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of everything and plenty of choices. Great place to stay.
I stayed two nights on a business trip, a nearby hotel had no vacancy. I stumbled upon this very new hotel and was very pleased. The hotel is very nicely decorated, the furniture is well appointed and comfortable. The staff was very courteous and eager to please. I had dinner at a nearby bar and grill which was walking distance and the food was great. The hot breakfast was perfect. The exercise room had top notch TRUE cardiovascular equipment which I enjoyed very much. In summary, I feel that this hotel provides excellent value for the money and I would make it my first choice next time in Austin, hope they have rooms available.
My nephew who used to go to Pflugerville High School was graduating so my family and I decided to come to Austin to attend the graduation. We chose sleep inn because we heard the place had just opened and the price we were getting was great. The place was awesome: the room was very comfortable, spacious and well decorated, the pool was clean, and the hotel as a whole was very quiet. I was pleased to be welcomed with a smile at the front desk. To add, they had a variety of different foods at breakfast. I especially liked the bacon and eggs. I enjoyed my stay at Sleep Inn and I will for sure stay there again if I find myself in Austin.
Very nice hotel. Excellent Breakfast. Courteous front desk clerk. The rooms were very clean. Always come back to this hotel.
Made a reservation to stay here as a stopover before my final destination. I was more than pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Interstate access was great. Excellent customer service! My room was beautiful. Continental breakfast was tasty. I would gladly have stayed there a little longer if I wasn't needed elsewhere. Good place to stay for extended days in the city.
