My Wedding ended up so wonderful. Rochester Limousine did amazing job. Tamara made it so easy to book my limousine for my day. She was so helpful with all my needs . Her and i did alot of emailing back and forth and in the end we became like friends.. Shes a doll to work with. Laura was my driver and she went above and beyond to make sure everything with my travel and needs were met. Rochester limousine is the only limousine company my Family and friends and myself will ever use in the future! Thank you for everything!!!

Beautiful Limos. just wanted to thank Tamara for setting up our limo service for my son's homecoming. The limousine was so beautiful! We have never seen anything like it before! I felt so relieved when I met the driver because he was so professional and I knew that my son would be safe.

Thank You Ronnie at Rochester Limo. Rochester Limo, THANKS A BUNCH! We had already rented a limo with another company and when we went to visit the limo, it was so disgusting and dirty and stinky so we called Rochester Limo and told Ronnie what happened. The day before we needed it, Ronnie was able to rent us an awsome black limousine that was brand new. We had such a great time for my birthday and I will recommend this company to all of my friends!

Worst Limo Service! Do Not Use!. Reserved stretch limo for Taylor Swift Concert....12 girls, 7 under the age of 10. Limo was very clean and nice....but driver Leon barely spoke english and could not be found after concert! Our party spent 45 minutes walking the streets of downtown detroit trying to find driver....who didn't know where he was....we passed over one hundred other limos attempting to find ours...on other side of freeway on the furthest reach of lighted streets...and paid for the extra hour we spend finding him! Had youngest girls in tears as it was after midnight before we found the limo. Call to manager recieved no call back for explaination. In addition to hourly rate was charged "fuel toll" and "special fee" that was never disclosed or explained. Very poor service, would not recommend or ever use again.

Five Star Rating!!!. I can't thank you enough for sending Artie to greet, meet and safely drive my parents from Metro Detroit Airport to their home in Utica, Michigan. My 88 and 89 year old parents told me that Artie was not only kind, considerate and courteous, but a very good driver too!
