Reviews for Sbraga
You might know already this restaurant's namesake from his win on Bravo's popular "Top Chef," but you really just need to forget the TV hype and taste Kevin Sbraga's food. It's easy to: At $49 per four-course prix-fixe (additional beverage pairing optional), it's high-end dining everyone can afford. Sbraga specializes in worldly spins on American cooking, from Cornish hen with cous cous and harissa to bluefish with bok choy and kimchi. The menu changes frequently, though, so get in to get the latest.
Themed tasting menus @ the chef's counter are always fun/creative — he recently did a take on elementary school lunch (plus tons of booze).
