Gino and Joe's Italian Eatery has false advertising. How do I know? After receiving a flyer in the mail that displayed "Fast & Free Delivery", I gave them a call. Whoever answered the phone first, was immature in his abilities of customer service. My first question was, and this was to just make sure, "Do you deliver to North Syracuse?" He wasn't sure and asked for my address. It took four times for him to get that right. Finally, he declined the delivery offer.

I decided to call back, being dissatisfied with his treatment and asked for the manager named Dominic, who's attitude was almost as immature. He came up with a slew of excuses to not abide by their flyer. Then offered a free slice when I'm in the area.

Of course, they could have great tasting pizza, but my wife said, "Don't order, because they'll spit on the pizza!"

So, I'm not going to this "eatery" to get my free slice, especially because now I have indigestion.

Sorry for the bad review guys, but you ought to proof read your advertisements before you send em out!

Bad Service – Service was crude at best, a bunch of illegal Mexicans work there I think...pizza is pretty good though..so I guess it's worth paying too much to b treated invisible by the employees

Horrible. NEVER again. – I placed an order for delivery to my place of work. The delivery took over an hour..this I can overlook, it being during lunch hours. BUT I was given a total and paid over the phone with my debit card. I checked my bank statement and I was overcharged by nearly $10. I promptly called and spoke with Frank. He absolutely refused to make it right and reverse the charges. Claiming it was a "mistake" and everyone makes mistakes and "am I God?! Do I not make mistakes?!"

All I wanted was for him to make it right and he refused. I will NEVER again do business with them and warn others to think twice before giving your CC numbers to them.

GO – Great pizza; one of the best pies in town! Try any of their chicken pizzas; buffalo, chicken parm...yum!

Good-sized and attractive dining area; definitely a place you can take the kids or eat out alone.
