There are two reviews about this salon which a feel should follow the stylist since he's was one to give the horrible cut and customer service. John (the Stylist) has moved to his own salon, John Patrick Hair Design, with the so called receptionist Cathy which happens to be his wife. I am very sorry to the two customers that were so wrongfully treated and I'm sure the owner, Helen, would love to make things right, even at this late of date. I love this Salon and the rest of the staff is amazing!!! I recommend this salon to everyone and you won't be disappointed!
worst customer service I've ever had!.
went in for a haircut, hated it, he wouldnt[' fix it! "John" (I think-he barely spoke so I"m not positive) said he did a fine job and didn't feel he had to fix it.
Then the rude receptionist wouldnt give me the owners name! she said 'you were text-messaging on your phone while he was cutting your hair." Oh, I said is that some rule I've never heard of in hair?" she said yes!
This guy was the worst, he didn't even blowdry my hair, he said he had no time so I did it myself! ANd I was really polite about wanting more cut off, I never dreamed he would refuse to let me come back in! I think he has some old clients and doen'st want more, but that's n excuse for taking someone's money and giving them horrible service.
Now the terrible thing is I can' t contact the owners because kathy the receptionist from hell wont give me their name! (if anyone knows, please email me at blondamnation at gmail dotcom..
Man I was shocked when some tool of a guy stylist gave me a problem after sending my wife to get a cutt because he couldnt handle us. He wouldnt even re trim her hair or finsih her cutt. amazing....i hope they last...its gonna be tuff for them unless they can just get robots for customers.
