Tortillas, like a deep pocket or the ten-armed Hindu deity, Kali are great at holding stuff. At Toi Taco, this asset is put to good use. The $3 tacos in the new Westlake eatery hold everything from Asian tanged short ribs, pork and gingery-soy chicken. It's a great spot for SLU workers who would rather eat during their lunch hour than stand in line for a table at one of the neighboring, more formal SLU lunch spots.
