nice place to workout. This is a very nice little gym. It has all the equipment needed for a full body workout, an experienced, helpful staff all at a great price. No need to be embarassed here, there are no "muscle heads" like at other gyms, everyone is friendly, and if you go early in the day the whole place is practically yours! As with any gym it gets busy between 3pm and 7pm, so go first thing in the morning or later at night. I highly recommend this gym!
