I am an avid fitness member. The club is great since it was remodeled, the cardio floor has everything and it is a real privledge to be able to come and take advantage of a superior facility like the Southtowns club!
Great spinning classes! – Love the spinning classes at the Southtowns BAC. From easy rider classes to classes that challenge the best biker, You can find any level of ride at the Southtowns club. Good music and good instructors makes for an enjoyable ride.
Plenty of Classes – This gym is amazing. The staff is very polite, and always eager to help. Plenty of space, so that even when it is crowded their room for more! Then there is all the different classes from zumba to boot camp to spin that you can take to keep in shape. This gym has something for everybody!
Like To Lift – BAC Southtowns has a great free weight room, with a new selection of equipment and dumbells. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Early Bird Gets the Worm – I love come to to this gym. The hours are great, and I love getting up early and working a goood sweat. This gym has plenty of room for all. I love that there is a sauna that I can use anytime. Come join us!
Best gym around. – I have been working out at the BAC Southtowns for several years now and have never once been disappointed. The club was recently renovated and is even better now than it was before, there is plenty of room on the free weight floor and the cardio floor. Also the locker rooms are very well up kept and the staff is always very friendly and motivating!
Great free weight room – Come to the BAC during the daytime hours usually around 1 P.M and the free weight room is at my disposale. Have been coming to the BAC for years and love the new free weights and set up. Also there is plenty of dumbells and all other equipment. Couldn't ask for a better place to workout or a friendlier group of instructors and staff.
Great Hours! – I am a night owl, and my husband and I come in all the time late at night. Perfect place to work out at night. There is plenty of cardio equitment, machines, and free weights space. Feel at home with the night crew. Nice people, nice place to workout.
Personal Touch – BAC Southtowns has great personal trainers, They write great workout programs. Also pay close attention to all my personal trraining needs, whenever I have questions I know I can talk to my trainer and he is more than willing to help me stick to my program.
Cardio Heaven – With a 100 pieces of cardio equitment, I reached nirvana. Love to hit the treadmills, then to the sauna.
