I would like to express my thanks and gratitude to Tiffany and Chris in the service department and the technicians that worked on my car at Ray Lak's Acura. I purchased a used 2008 Acura TL from the West Herr Scion Dealer ship in Orchard Park. I was happy with the car and happy with my salesmen Bill Vogel. This has actually been the second vehicle I have purchased from Bill. The first car I purchased was a brand new Scion TC in 2008 and I did not see much of a trouble with the car so I did not see the service department hardly at all. But with this car the service was TERRIBLE. When I purchased the car I was promised the speakers that were blown when I purchased the car would be fixed. I had gone to West Herr a first time and we determined that the speaker was blown I had set up an appt the next week to get the speaker replaced. When I showed up for my appointment they took my car I went for lunch with a friend and when I came back they said we determined which speaker was wrong and are ordering it ( I ALREADY KNEW THAT!!!!!) I was furious but knew it was not there fault so I said nothing and just showed up for my next appointment (keep in mind I live in Tonawanda and I have to drive all the way to Orchard Park for my service appointments). I show up for my next appointment and the speaker was in and replaced .on my way home SAME THING .blown/ rattling speakers like they never even fixed it!!!! I called and they said sorry just to bring it back ..JUST BRING IT BACK?!?!? That is taking now a 4th time out of my day to drive a half hour when gas in a premium car is most definitely not too cheap and to bring a car back that should have been fixed before I even accepted the car in purchase!! I had even purchased a extended warranty I had asked if I could go to a closer dealer to me and I was told no it had to be done at a dealer I purchased the car from!! (What a waste now of $1500, which Ray Laks told me my car was covered for another year because the car was not sold until the end of 2008, so the warranty sales man Joe at West Herr LIED to me telling me I only had a warranty until December 31st of 2011 when I have it untill December of 2012, I feel scammed at this point and disappointed, now I really bought a 2 year warranty because I already had the first year covered, now I m really upset and mad!!!!) I called Ray Laks asking for help because I have friends with Acura s that said they would not give me a problem if the car was under warranty. Ray Laks happily took my car in and replaced the speakers, gave me a Loaner car AND washed and cleaned the interior of my car!!!!! AWESOME I didn t even know dealer ships do that kind of thing anymore!!!! Ray Laks technicians informed me that all the latches to my back seats and installation around them had all been snapped and broken and just put back. They FREE OF CHARGE fixed West Herr's uncaring technician s damage to my car!!!! (They should not service or offer service on cars they do not sell because clearly the technicians do not know how to work on them nor put any care into working on the cars)Before I left Tiffany went to my car with me and insured there were no more rattles and to look over the car. NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! From now on I will be sure to purchase my car from a smaller dealer ship where they provide excellent customer service and treat there customers as an individual they do not send them to there call center to be dealt with. I will be sure to buy my next car from the Ray Laks dealership. Thanks again Tiffany for all of your help and you helped me from making another poor decision of buying another car from West Herr again!
We have been coming to Ray Laks for a number of years and we have never been dissatisfied with sales or services. This is one of the major reasons we return. It is so nice to get great treatment not just at the time of purchase but for the length of owning your car. Thank you.

I just love it here.The Willy Wonka-type atmosphere draws me back time and time again. I literally cannot stay away.
