I placed my order back in November. Today it is January 4, 2014 and I still have not received part of my order. The website NEVER stated anywhere that the item was out of stock or on back order. When they shipped the first package it took a long time even though I paid overnight shipping AND they had no apartment number on the package. It was a HUGE mistake ordering from this website. I cant believe I am leaving one star. They don't even deserve one star.

Great products, Great Prices, Great Service – What I love most about Kristen Uniforms is their super customer service. I've placed orders both online and in person at their Buffalo, NY store. Always a great experience! They have such a large variety of items that I can always find things for myself personally or for gifts. Unlike lexibulldog, I have had some items I've ordered backordered, but I'm always informed by one of the staff what's going on. Also, the prices are great and they'll happily special order a style or size for you that's not available on the web site or in the store. They just finished off 2011 with some great sales and super prizes! Love you guys!!!!
WATCH OUT FOR UNKNOWN BACKORDERS – Placed an order. Was never informed before, during, or after via the site or order tracking that my item was backordered. Two days after my "expected" delivery date with still no status update to my "order tracking" I contacted the store who THEN finally told me my item was back ordered and gave me a new delivery date. THAT date came and went without ever being informed that my item was again back ordered for another THREE WEEKS. This has been over a month and a half. Still no word on getting the actual product in. No communication about changes in order status from site, no update on order tracking. Also didn't inform that monogramming will take additional time since the vendor has to ship to them first and then they reship it out for monogramming. I just changed my order to get a product I wanted less but was actually in stock. Going on two weeks waiting for this product. Over a 2 months process for a single order that I was told would ship 48 hours after placing the order. I was already reimbursed by my employer for the item or I would have canceled this order immediately. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUYER BEWARE.

We?re sorry you had a negative experience. Once a back-order date is received our customer is emailed with an offer or the option to cancel. There may be times one doesn?t receive it due to spam filters/error. I am sorry the notification failed & we will take your suggestions to improve. I'm confident if you order from us again you?ll be satisfied. Like many businesses we?re open to occasional mistakes despite effort to eliminate them. Great customer service – I've had many experiences with this company and can say in the last few years I have been very satisfied every time I shopped there. I don't have a lot of time to purchase items for my restaurant so when I do I want it to be quick and easy and this company definitely meets my expectations. If you call during business hours you always get a friendly customer service rep who will answer all of your questions and let me know about the status of my order. They sent me swatches for table linens at no charge and the online ordering is easy and low cost. I give 5 stars!

Small/Family business with great service and prices! – I have been placing orders with this business both online and over the phone for the last couple years. They have great personal customer service when you call (something that has been dissapearing in our society) but with the low prices of the larger companies as well. It's clearly a family run and oriented company and I'd rather deal with them than other vendors I've experienced who have too much to process and dont remember who you are. They've changed managers since my first experience and they're more efficient now. Great place to shop for scrubs and other goods IMO!

Everything under the sun! – I usually order scrubs from their website and have never had any issues with my order. Their prices are great compared to other online stores, and if you join their mailing list they even send you coupons!! While browsing through their websites I found that they have such a large varitey or products at amazing prices. I ended up ordering some tablecloths and the girl on the phone helped me with the cloth sizing and everything. This is a great place to shop!

Terrible customer service – I received my order with several items missing. The company never contacted me to let me know that certain items were on backorder. At this point, I needed to ship out incomplete kits for my event and couldn't wait for the rest to come in. I called back and left a message to cancel the remainder of my order and to call me to confirm, but again I did not hear from the company. When I called again a few days later they told me, "Oh yeah. That order was canceled." I would have appreciated some communication and written confirmation of this as is customary at most businesses.
I apologize for this negative experience you had. We are now operating under new management and have greatly reduced these mistakes. Our ownership would love to make up for the lack of communication you experienced and are committed to keeping our customers happy.
