Great Place. Have had my home and car insurance with them for 9 yrs and they just called me again to change home ins. company saving me another $230. They review my policies each time they come due. I do not have to do anything. Love that service.
The staff was so accommodating, helpful and supportive. – I just called Mazzola insurance with a homeowner issue. The staff at Mazzola Insurance was so accommodating, helpful and supportive. I have worked with many insurance companies; by far the service is superior to anyone else's. When I called, they made me feel very special, almost like I was the only client. I also like the fact that the staff speak Spanish. Gracias Mazzola Insurance!
The worse Insurance Ever – Who is the owner and what is he waiting for to get rid of everyone in there. Women talking personal matters on the phone while working, jokes and laughter while customers wait standing, coworkers chatting about who's husband left and with whom, nails, operations, neighbors, everything under God's sky but work. If these people had at least two fingers of forhead they would write a fake review of how wonderfull their visit to Mazzola was and how corteous, helpfull and professional were the staff. This place is unbelivable.
lousy lousy lousy – the worst experience of buying and dealing with an insurance company in my over 40 years of driving. completely nasty, rude workers. accused me of yelling and then hung up on me. some people there are nice, but the supervisor should be fired immediately.
No more Customer Service... – First off, one star was as low as they would allow me to rate them.
What can I say, I immediately cnacelled my insurance through Mazzola (All State) and went through Accurate on the same day (registering a new vehichle and cancelling coverage on 2 other cars).
There was no greeting after entering the office. The lady, and I use that term very loosely, was such a p.o.s. right off the bat. Clearly we were interupting her day. When my wife asked a question, she stated, "Excuse me, are YOU the one on the policy? No? I'm talking to the one on the policy." We did not stand for her attitude and demanded her name and manager's name (Mark). I'm almost certain she gave a fake name (Caroline).
After calling later that day, the manager answered and said "who?" when I asked to speak with him. After repeating myself he said, "could you wait a second." I was immediately transferred to another lady who said "Mark isn't in right now." She said she had no idea where he was or when he would be back. Took my name and number, then said he'd call back in 30mins. You know thats a lie and they are doing nothing but running games over there.
I'm not trying to waste time on here. Just plainly stating this has to be one of the worst places I've ever been and the worst people I've ever dealt with. I can only hope they get hit with a car they themselves have insured (It's called irony).
Horrible customer service – I called mazzola on Ridge Rd. to see if they could save me money on my auto policy. Before i could introduce myself and tell her what I was calling about the representative cut me off and asked me to hold. "No big deal" she was probably busy. When she came back she said "can I help you" so I started to say again what i wanted. Then again she cut me off and put me on hold. Now I was aggravated. When she came back she said "how can I help you" and I stated my name and she started to cut me off the third time!! I cut her off and stated "Do you want to help me?'. Her response was "yes". I said "Can I please finish a sentence without you cutting me off?". "Yes" with no apology. Rude people do not keep customers. Needless to say I contacted the insurance company directly and took out a new policy without the help of Mazzola. I suggest you do the same.
Customer put on terminal hold – I went in for an insurance quote and while I was there, one of the owners received a call from a customer he obviously knew. He put the customer on hold and I said, "Go ahead. Take the call." I wasn't in a hurry. He said, "That's O.K. He'll wait." I couldn't believe how rude this was and basically got the quote and left. I thought, if he treats his regular customers like this, how is he going to treat me once I become a customer? I got a better quote somewhere else with the exact same coverage...and I'm glad.
Insulting and sarcastic – The reason I write this is that I had an extremely insulting conversation with a woman who works at Mazzola Insurance Company. I was referred to them to inquire about the "high risk pool" insurance to see if they'd underwrite our policy for a bus conversion. I'd spent nearly 2 hours on the phone already and kept hitting brick wall after brick wall.
When I started the conversation, I stated that I was having a very difficult time getting the commercial vehicle insured for private use... I tried to explain my plight and was immediately met by an older woman with a very sarcastic tone, asking me what the vehicle was used for...
I stated "for personal use"-- to which came another drippingly sarcastically toned "nobody uses commercial vehicles for personal use, what is it going to be used for?" Well, I called her on the tone of her questioning, and said I didn't appreciate it-- and she stated, (and I quote) "Well you're obviously hiding something, what is it going to be used for?" I was so shocked, I couldn't believe it!
I asked to speak to her boss, she sniped, (yes, another direct quote) "I *am* the boss, honey. What are you trying to hide?"
After already coming up on so many closed doors regarding the issue and then this, I just hung up on her. A few minutes later I called back and asked to speak with the general manager. Of course my temper was elevated, and I gave her a very-full earful. I have never been so insulted by a sales person or the like...
I just thought I'd pass this on to the members of this group-- just to give you a heads up regarding this Mazzola Company's employees and how they treat customers.
