I actually really loved the taste of their food, particularly the chicken. It reminds me a lot of Panda Express though. It's good if its fresh, and if it's been out a while...you can tell.
Kind of what you'd expect to find in a mall. Average "fast food" Chinese. Quality of the food depends on time of day. Lunch and dinner rush is usually a good time because everything is fresh. Off peak hours it gets a little iffy.
