Did not like this.....bought a Groupon and went to the 'Intro' night which is required in order to use the Groupon deal. I felt like cattle being herded through a process. Another review commented about them looking to make a quick buck and I would definitely agree. I'm curious how many people buy the deal, go to the intro and then never attend classes? The first thing I noticed when I walked in the door was the smell - sweaty and dirty - and there were literally 10 air fresheners sitting around the place. There was an evening class in session and the room looked dark and jam packed. One fella was doing some type of floor exercise and was stuck in the doorway because there was no other space for him. During the class there was a step up exercise with the step/box to step up to and there were 2 assigned per box. So one person would step up when the other person stepped down and vice versa. I'm sorry, I don't mind a busy class, but I do NOT want to be partnered up with another person and have to be in such close proximity with him/her. There were also the machines for the other type of class and it was similar - if there were too many there for the class then the 6 machines were used alternating with jogging/running in place on a mat next to the machine that way they could get 12 people in the class. And I would like to add there was NO cleaning off of the machines in between the alternating. This would probably be ok if I knew the person I was paired with, but it changes at every class. Sorry - it is just GROSS at this place. Save your money and look for something else.

I have come to BBT off and on for over 5 yrs – I go and try videos at home, try to just walk my dog but nothing compares to the fun atmosphere and great workouts everytime I have come to BBT I have not once did the same workout twice! Just love it there!! Thanks Brittany and Melinda!

My goals were to gain weight and increase the weight on my exercises. At the end of my VIP training I had gained 15lbs of LEAN muscle and went up about 290lbs on deadlifts! I definitely recommend Body By Todd for those trying to reach new fitness goals!

I had a great experience at BBT! The trainers were very proactive and considerate to my level of fitness. I was very comfortable in the workout area and challenged to new hights of fitness by the trainers and other clients, which allowed me to loose about 10 lbs within the first week while using their SpeedLoss cleanse in conjunction with healthy eating and exercise. Thanks Body By Todd! I am a very satisfied customer!

I would have to agree with most reviews. The classes really pushes you to work hard and you will sweat alot and start to see results. However, the rooms are too small and they classes don't start on time. They say you should spend the first 15 minutes to stretch on your own but I would personally prefer they start on time.

Furthermore I don't find all the workouts to be low or non impact. I have a really bad knee and several of my classes we were asked to do deep squats. Hell they even have a couple of pictures on thier website with the class in deep squat position. The squats really aggervated my knee issues. Thier non-impact advertising was the reason I even gave this place a chance.

They do push thier shakes and supplements but that was only at the orientation which really should be kept to 1 hour. You have to schedule your classes online and it is sometimes hard to get into the QVR (weight training) classes for a couple weeks at a time. This can be frustrating.

Overall good workouts, they just need to work at getting a larger place or sell less coupons to keep the class size and the class availabilty reasonable. I would go the groupon, living single or faveroo route for their class otherwise I would say they are really overpriced.

This place is great for all of your fitness and exercise needs! The trainers are very knowledgable and approachable. And they put you through one hell of a work out. The boot camps are treacherous but boy are you glad you did it the next day. The best thing is that these work outs are NEVER the same so you are constantly working different muscle groups. My abs haven't been this rock hard since high school!

Feel the Pain of a Great Workout – I’ve been working out with BBT for 5+ years. I’ve participated in QVR, boot camps and private training . The BBT team is highly motivational, highly skilled and know how to get peak performance out of you, while adding muscle and reducing fat. I’ve never been pushed products nor felt pressure to buy any additional items.

Always an enjoyable experience ( well as enjoyable as getting your butt kicked can be )

Body by Todd is the BEST – Body by Todd is amazing! Not only are the trainers great at what they do but they're also very personable and caring. I've been coming for about a year now & they have really worked hard to upgrade their studio the whole time i've been there - I mean it was nice at first at their old location across the street but the new place is much much bigger and they keep adding things like better floor mats & fans & equipment & are going to add more changing rooms next. I was a nervous wreck before I started because I've gone to other trainers in the past who just talk a lot & didn't put me on a plan to help me lose weight. I was nervous this was going to be a really intimidating place with only really in-shape people & they weren't going to really help me. After almost a year here I would never go anyplace else!! I have never written a review for anything at all online. I took the time to write this bc Body by Todd is worth it. They deserve their props!!

GREAT place - would highly recommend it! – I've been coming to Body by Todd for 4 weeks now & have lost 9 lbs so I'm happy with the weight loss & toning results that I've seen so far. I have about 15 more lbs to lose to get to my goal weight. I bought 2 groupons at the beginning of the year & am very glad that I did (wish I'd bought a 3rd actually) because I really like the BOOTCAMP & QVR sessions & wouldn't have been able to afford to come at regular prices!! I want to continue after my groupons if I can get into the Club 100 group they have otherwise I don't think I can afford it right now :(

I really like the studio - it's different than going to a gym class. I go to Jenn's QVR & Brittany's bootcamp & I've also been to Melinda's - I'm working up to trying Todd's bootcamp. Overall I really like the trainers. They make it fun otherwise I wouldn't want to go & they kick my butt every time!! I've been to gyms before where the people are nice & everything but they don't push me or really focus on helping me get to MY goal.

It's TRUE that it is packed most nights so if you don't like full sessions then it's not for you. They say that the morning sessions have less people in them but I work then so I haven't come to any. You have to reserve a spot for a session so there's always room if you signed up but it gets really busy anyways. Guess everyone is getting ready for spring break...

It's also true that sessions don't always start on time exactly because it's busy but my trainers always go overtime when that happens so you get what you're paying for but if you have a really tight schedule or somewhere to be right after I see why you might not like it. We were all told in the eval that the first 15 min is to warm up & stretch on our own but some people don't do that unless the trainer reminds them & makes them so they just stand around and wait when they could be doing something & burning more calories!

Also I was really worried at first because there is a waitlist for a lot of sessions but I haven't had a problem - I've gotten into almost all of the sessions I requested.

The protein shakes are really good too - I've had other shakes before that taste chalky or gluey & disgusting & I must say that their shakes are the best!!!

Overall I really like the place but it's not for everyone like I said. As one of the groupon people I really appreciate that they did this offer because I wouldn't have tried it otherwise!
