OUCH!!!!. Partial highlight, all over color and haircut.........almost $200 and I cried my eyes out!!!!! Went immediatly to a different salon where they were able to get me in right away (thank the lord) to fix the horrific orange highlights and the nightmare of a haircut!!!!!!!!!!!! I went back to Kenneth's after my hair was fixed to show the stylist and ask for a refund.......refused to give my money back because I did not give the stylist a opportunity to fix it! You think I wanted to be in double trouble???? For $200 I should have looked as if I just stepped off the runway!!!! Needless my day turned out to be a VERY expensive one!!!! You could NOT pay me enough to ever go there for hair services again! I do tell everybody about my experience as I feel ripped off and NOT cared for properly in such an expensive establishment! Their stylists should be TOP NOTCH for the price tag (i even requested their most experienced stylist thinking the job would be done right the first time)! would never recommend! Don't think you're getting quality just because the price reflects that!!!!!!

Wonderful kids cuts. These hair girls know their stuff. I have been pleased every time I take my kids in there.

Great hair salon. Charity gave me an amazing cut and highlights. She was attentive to my basic hair styling needs and really listened to what I want. The results are amazing!!!

TERRIBLE coloring!!!. This was the worst experience I've EVER had with the coloring of my hair. First and foremost, I saw one of the highest "ranked" stylists. She came with her own assistant. But then while she was evaluating my hair and color, she insulted me by saying (in a rude tone),"have you SEEN the back of hair?!" I chose the high road, thinking that I would be rewarded with good hair. Boy was I wrong...I went in for a gentle highlight and came out with extreme dark and LIGHT (almost platinum) striped hair...looked like a baaaad wig.

I went back, unhappy (obviously) with the results. When I got there, she made a snippy comment about how she "knew" I'd be back. She already had color mixed up...and proceeded to just add more almost platinum blond highlights. I thought I'd be getting a "medium" color to blend with the other two extremes.

I haven't been so upset about my hair since high school when my best friend tried to give me a Madonna haircut.

Since the hair-nightmare, I've gone to another referred stylist in a different salon, who I think will be fabbie. She said she couldn't do anything for a few weeks because my hair had been so fried. But, finally she was able to start the hair color recovery process...and I'm well on my way through the 12-step program. :)
