This is the worst, most unprofessional place I've ever seen. Rude, rude, rude. It's hard to believe this place is still in business, they must be running some good scams.

I being the brides mother was going to leave this alone because you were not worth my time but now I'm not. If any of the readers want to google Glass City Florist reviews (which I wish I had prior to my order) they will see we are not alone in our feelings about your business! All I can say is how would a bride forget to order the grooms boutonniere or why would a bride want her bouquet the same as her bridesmaids! As soon as the driver delivered I told him the order was wrong! He called you, then said to me here is our card Bernadette said you need to call her yourself. So I did and Bernadettee ranted and raved loudly telling me the only thing that could be done was to pick up the whole order and take it back! I already had a stressed out Bride because the two important flower items were her fresh flower hair clip and her bouquet and she was not going to have either. You had the whole order, except for the bridemaid bouquets WRONG!!!!! You would not let me get a word in edge wise. So I told you I had a hall to decorate and did not have time to argue with you. We learn from our mistakes but I will make sure that people know your lack of customer service and that your comments above are lies!!!!!! I will be calling BBB Davids Bridal and Teleflorist to let them know how you are representing them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! – I cannot believe this business still exists. Extremely poor customer service. I ordered a corsage for my daughters formal dance tonight. I placed the order early on Monday to ensure it would definately be ready. My daughter has been looking forward to this night all year and because it is the end of her junior high years we thought it would be special to have a wrist corsage from her daddy. He picked up the order for me because the woman told me that they closed at 6 and I could not be off work in time to pick it up. I come home and helped her get dressed and her dad brought out the flower to surprise her AND BOY WAS IT A SURPRISE! The beautiful corsage on the website is not what we got, instead we received a boutinere (sp?) that was God awful! I was very disappointed because they were closed and our surprise was ruined. About 15 minutes after this I received a phone call from the shop inquiring about us picking up her corsage. I said he did and we got the wrong one. The lady on the phone said, "Oh, you are the one who got the wrong one!" I said yes and she said come on over so you can get the right one. Upon arriving, one of the workers became obnoxious and started saying "oh he told me he wanted a boutineer" let me tell you, the man does not even know what that is! She proceeded to tell me that he asked for one for Allison and it was under her last name, so we got someone else's order. Then she told me she made it grey because he told her that our daughter's dress was grey. He had no idea what the dress even looked like. Then she said he said he wanted one for a boy and that she asked him 3 times and he said he definately wanted one for a boy. I am pretty sure he is aware his daughter is a girl! So at this point, I was like wait a minute, did she get the wrong order, or did he tell you the wrong color and thing to make? She became irrate. She then showed my daughter the correct one, which was beautiful. My daughter was happy about it, so I went to pay the difference being the corsage was more expensive. The lady then told me "oh no, you will pay full price, this is your fault!" I said this is bull and you are lying about all of this. She handed me my credit card back and told me I could leave. I said, "wait, are you honestly saying you are not going to sell the right one to me for my daughter who is standing here waiting for her dance?" she said only if you pay full price. I then gave her my credit card back and said whatever, I will not be returning here ever! She threw my card back at me and refused to sell it to me and told me she would be expecting an apology when she found out he asked for grey. REALLY? I said lady you are nuts if you think I am calling here for anything. I asked if she was the owner, she stated no and gave me a card and told me she can't wait to read my letter of complaint. I said this is ridiculous that you can refuse to sell this to me when my daughter is standing right here waiting for a corsage. She thought that was really funny at that point. I told her I would be contacting the BBB and she said "F*** You! right in front of my daughter. I walked out the door and remembered I forgot the original mess they tried passing off to us and went it to grab it. She tried keeping the original receipt and I said absolutely not, I will be taking that receipt. I walked out the door and she said F*** You again, and I said you are honestly saying that to a customer, nice class lady and then she proceeded to flip me off in front of my two children and my daughters friend that were in the car. On a side note, for a flower shop that place absolutely smells awful. PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE PLACES LIKE THIS-WE DO NOT NEED THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD! You have to at least give one star for a rating, but they do not deserve even that!

These people are HORRIBLE – Wow What a bad experience! Don't buy your stuff here, you probably will not get it. Confirmed a Valentines groupon purchase, confirmed in the morning, they did not have it at 3:00 to pick it up, said they could place a new order, but could not have it until NEXT WEEK. Who gives valentine's roses a week wait. They became rude and defensive because they made a mistake. Would not provide the 70.00 flowers or have the owner get involved.

If it's important, Stay Away, went to kroger had great flowers 5 minutes later for 25.00 with leaves and filling, nicely wrapped.

Valentines Month wedding – No other shop would take my wedding in February, But Glass City flowers went over and beyond for me. A perfect day to remember! The flowers were great and the prices! Wow With the services and beautiful flowers they did for me, I would of paid a lot more than I did to them, because they deserved more. Actually I will be returning all my future business to Glass City Flowers as this is a day to remember and they did a great job!

YES! I Would Order Here! – Searching on line and finding an actual florist in the area you need to send flowers, is hard. I came across Glass City Flowers; I saw the Bride-zilla review below and called anyways as I needed flowers for a funeral in the Toledo, OH area. And all I kept on getting with calling other flower shops listed, was high priced, or no I can’t do it at short notice, lol And the worse, not understanding there accent.

When I called Glass City Flowers they asked me right off the back, what is comfortable for me to spend. They also mentioned sending flowers unexpectedly sometimes can burden the wallet. Therefore they asked me what I am comfortable with. Along with their concern they gave me great advise to what I should possible order. They never rushed me, and always sounded like they cared. 20 mins later on the phone I completed my order. I felt it was worth every penny as they were caring about my situation. So for ordering an arrangement with them, I was satisfied and will call again when needed.

They will sound like they are great after your first meeting, and they will claim to want to help make your day perfect. In my situation, they made excuses for everything, had to schedule multiple meetings because the paperwork was never right, and then it all culminated on the wedding day. She called me the morning of the wedding and tried to tell me why it was my fault that not enough flowers were ordered and that she was going to scramble to try to fix it... the morning of the wedding? What happened to customer service and helping calm down the bride on her wedding day? The bouquets and boutonnieres looked nothing like what I had ordered and paid for. The flowers were small and cheap, and they were poorly put together. Multiple flowers fell out and broke off of the bouquets. If you try to approach them to discuss the issues or concerns you have, they do not care - they already have your money. And they will have plenty of excuses for why it was your fault and not their own when they know they skimped and did not deliver what you paid them for. AVOID! My wedding was perfect except for the flowers.

Part one of two: The Bride was given by our wedding consultants their heart & souls for a year. Not that it excuses her concerns, but the bride requested several times to reduce the cost of her flowers, which resulted in many appointments & delayed ordering. We believe the couple had lovely flowers with the budget they were asking for.

WOW – I been to all the local shops in Toledo, there are three giants that are overpriced, then there are the small shops, and they are either out of their house, or cluttered with stuff that has nothing to do with flowers. I went to Glass City Flowers, placed an order for mom, and the store was colorful, free of debris, non flower shop items, and junk. And I was able to receive the best customer service I ever seen in years. One on one service, I took an hour and they were so kind and perfect, and there prices was very low. CALL THEM! FOR SURE! THEY WILL GO THE EXTRA MILE!
