My repairman name was Brian, he was very helpful and courteous when he came to repair my dishwasher. He informed me of the problem and told me the cost and what he was going to do.. I told him that Whirlpool was going to extend me a courtesy and fix my appliance for free.. He told me that they had not sent them the invoice for that and he waited patiently while I got them on the phone, they gave him the proper information and he proceeded to fix my dishwasher...Well, one part was fix but he had to order a part, the part came on Monday and on Tuesday (today) he was here and my dishwasher is running like NEW...Thank You Fred's Appliance for sending someone that was so pleasant and efficient in repairing my dishwasher..I will recommend Fred's Appliance to family and friends...And thanks so very much Brian B..
Art arrived when he said he would, was professional and courteous and quite efficient. I would not hesitate to use Fred's Appliance again if needed,
Art from Fred's Appliance was right on time, was courteous and professional and did a great job. He explained exactly what the problem was and addressed it very quickly. I would not hesitate a second to use Fred's again.
Fred's Appliance was a pleasure to work with. They were able to give me an appointment time the very next day. They were right on time and got the job done promptly. The serviceman went out of his way to help me and even gave me some safety tips. I will continue using Fred's Appliance for all of my future needs.
Fred's Appliance was right on time with their estimate of their service appointment. I even received an automated call saying the serviceman was finishing up and was on his way. I received an email the day before showing a picture of our serviceman, Brian. He was pleasant and finished the repair quickly. I highly recommend Fred's Appliance.
Tim G. is was here at 0800 just as promised. Very prompt!
He was a wealth of information and informed up of the following:
He told us exactly what we needed to do to 'clean' the brushed stainless steel (which isn't true stainless steel, it only looks that way).
It seems you need a 'softscrub' and a soft cloth to get the 'rust' (that's what it looks like) off the front of the appliance.
Buyer beware when you buy a 'brushed stainless steel' appliance. It most probably isn't true stainless (stainless doesn't rust nor will a magnet adhere to it).
Tim also informed of to replace the plastic water hose feeding the appliance with copper as the 'heat' from the appliance will eventually rot the plastic hose and you will come home to a kitchen floor full of water. We didn't know that either.
Thanks for all the info, Tim G.!
Luke is kind and courteous - as well as right on time. He knew to check the date on the warranty - because the date that it was installed is the date that the expiration is based on - not the date that you purchased it...so, it was under warranty!
Greg from Fred's appliance replaced the heating element in our GE dish washer under the GE recall program last week. He was friendly and courteous and did a good job. The dish washer works very well.
Luke was exceptional. Freds Appliance does the Job and does it correct the first time.
