Do not make a mistake to get involved with this salon. The owner doesn't have a clue about respecting customers. She is rude and you will realize that since from the beginning when you call ta make an appointment. The staff is not good (especially the hairdresser, a young girl that was clueless about hair cuts). I was so disappointed I couldn't even go to finish the paid visits (it was a certificate of 4 services, already paid upfront). I swear, it's that bad!!!
my friend same way, had a community appreciation program paid voucher of 4 services, she was shocked how rude they were at this salon, didn't go back! Save yourself the trouble ladies!!!
Best Brazilian Wax – I was so afraid of getting a brazilian wax but my fears were put at ease from the minute I called this salon! The person on the phone was kind and was able to get me in that same afternoon! The technician was so skilled that I barely felt a thing! Not to mention she was so funny that by the time it was over I couldn't even believe it! Highly recommended and yes I will be getting more services here - see you soon!
Gem in the Heart of Rocky River! – My husband bought me a gift certificate to Prive Salon and Spa and I could not thank him more! What a fantastic experience and my hair is finally healthy looking and no longer frizzy! The owner and the workers could not have been more hospitable and wonderful even putting a feather in my daughters hair! I can't wait to go back - you are the best!
Buyer Beware – My husband purchase a "Smart Card" for a Christmas gift. I call to make an appointment. The first woman I spoke to was rude to me. She told me I must have the card present when I set my appointment. I called back a few days later and spoke to another woman who set up the appointment. My schedule changed at work and I needed to reschedule the appt. I called and cancel, and wanted to reschedule. The woman hung up on me before I could ask for a new date. I will not be visiting this place. If two reps are rude on the phone. Bad business practice.
Horrible Experience – They have the MOST horrible customer service and POOR attitude... just because I showed up 10 minutes late they treated me with so much attitude and then told me that they would reduce my massage time by 15 minutes since I was late and STILL CHARGE ME the FULL PRICE of $70 plus tax and gratuity !! -- they really have NO IDEA of how to treat customers..... THEY SUCK !!!
