Lots of Bad Experience with this auto repair – I can name one by one all the bad experience I have with this auto repair:

1.) I scheduled for oil change. Good thing was that before I drive to freeway , I checked my windshield washer fluid. And I found out that the engine oil cap was missing. I called them , they said they will order one and bring my car after. I couldn't imagine what will happen If I drive without my engine cap.

2.) I went for wheel alignment, they said they can't do that bec. they have to replace my front coil spring/shock. I bring it to other auto repair and they wheel aligned it okay. I told them if there's something wrong with my shock or spring they said it was okay.

3.) They check my brakes , they said they had to replaced the rotor ,too, I asked them if they just do the brakes bec., for me , the rotor seems okay. He insisted that they have a good mechanic and it needs to replace rotor , too. I just follow it bec. I've got no choice at that time.

4.) they want to fix my "check engine" light. They said it's really expensive bec, they had to replace in the area near the converter. I said that's too much then they lower the price but they will do different work in my car. They just put a highly concentrated fuel injector fluid in my gas tank. After a week, the "check engine" light comes up again until now. But I'm not going to bring it back to that shop again. Right now, there's a nice place in vine street that's reliable and won't rip you off.

Anyway, this is just for your information.

Fast and Friendly! – This is by far the best auto repair business in the area! The mechanics are very upfront and honest, and the environment is friendly. Any time you have questions, they always find good answers, and they make you feel like family every time you walk in the door. The waiting area is both adult and child friendly. There are many magazines, brochures, and even a television for the adults, while there are coloring books and other toys for the children.

All Auto & Tire is also very conveniently located across the street from Perkins, and right around the corner from a few different shops. So while you wait, you can always take a stroll around the area.

Wouldn't think of taking my cars anywhere else!

Great Service and People at All Auto & Tire – Honest as they come. If you don't really need it, they won't tell you that you do., They are always ready to fully explain anything that you have questions about! Ask for Dave and you know you will be in good hands!

Top notch employees – Just wanted to share, Dave is back at the counter, Steve, the ASE Master Certified technician is back in the back, and the Service Manager is gone. Business is back to running smootly and Dave can take care of your problems.

unhappy with service – 1st appointment no tires had to return next day.

2nd appointment incorrect tires fitted. When my husband questioned Nate he was told yes they are the ones you asked for but it is not stamped on the tire.

We had to return to the store with leaflet from manufacturer to prove incorrect tires on car. Nate assured us that it would be put right.

The solution we were offered the next day by Dave was to get our old tires back or pay an extra $200 for the tires we originally asked for and were quoted for. The original price quoted was about $70 less than other quotes. So after inconveniencing us with 3 visits they then wanted to charge us $130 more than their competition.

This event was unfortunate because I was not there for the initial sale. An employee quoted a customer wrongly based on information given and the correct tires with the correct ratings and type were more expensive from the only supplied we could get the tires from. If I could have gotten the tires cheaper from another supplier I would have surely given the tires to the customer at cost to keep a customer happy. I appologize for that incedent and have vowed to make sure there is a procedure in place for quoting tires properly the first time.
