The Perfect Gift Shop – II have been shopping at Beth Ann's Hallmark for years. I have never stepped through their door that I was not greated warmly and offered assistance. I have never felt pressured; and they are always available to answer questions and show me merchandise.

The store has an abudance of lovely gift items and a large supply of cards to choose from. I have never left empty handed.

Every year they premiere the new ornaments and go out of their way to make the holidays come to life.

I do not go to any other Hallmark, or gift shop for that matter. The owners are lovely and warm; a pleasure to do business with.

Best Experience Ever! – I recently visited this store to get a sentimental card for my wife and I had to relay my wonderful experience. After reading the 1 star post, I kind of feel like I owe it the readers to offer a second opinion.

It started before I even walked through the door. The decorations outside the store really set the stage for the high quality products I would find inside. There was even a wreath and a welcome mat!

I was greeted instantly by a gorgeous, smiling and delightful woman who later introduced herself as the Beth Ann of Beth Ann's Hallmark. She asked if she could help, but wasn't in any way pushy. When I told her I was looking for my wife, not only did she point out the appropriate card section so that I avoided the headache of scowering the entire card store, but she also pointed out a couple newer items (purses, scarves, charms, etc.) that she thought my wife might enjoy. Again, not pushy, but more like she was just my friend helping me shop.

The "man" referred to in the 1 star post was also there and I found him rather pleasent. He was quiet, but definitely helpful. I never got the impression that he was bitter or angry in any way. Actually, the two of them were quite the cute couple!

All in all, I found some great gifts at reasonable prices in a friendly and cozy environment. Store owners do not take the time to really make you feel important any more. Maybe I'm an old soul, but that's part of the reason why I went and will continue to go to this fantastic gem of a gift store in the heart of Fairfield.

Stay away from this place – The man that owns and works in this store is incredibly hateful! I was shopping for a birthday gift with my mother yesterday (who is brand new in town) and she inquired about seasonal employment. She was already nervous about being new to Cincinnati and he really made her feel like trash. He has been semi-rude in the past when I have gone in but I always overlooked it because I figured he must be a sad, miserable person who feels compelled to spread his misery around the world (and besides, I go to Jungle Jim's a lot, it's just easier to go to his store when I need cards or gift wrap or something). But this time he was awful....the worst! We had been extremely nice to him (we had no reason not to be) until he treated my mother with so much rudeness that I decided to leave without giving him one cent of my money for the gift I originally went in to buy. There is another Hallmark right around the corner near the Kroger in Fairfield. I believe it's called Morgan's Hallmark. We went there right after leaving HIS store and they were very friendly from the second we stepped through the door. They greeted us, they smiled the whole time, they made my mom feel more than welcome about filling out an application and joining their team. They were just a great group of people. In fact, I ended up spending much more than I intended to spend. So if you live in the area or are just visiting, I would strongly urge you to skip the grouchy and rude Tami's Hallmark and go straight to the warm and friendly Morgan's Hallmark. You'll be glad you did. And by the way, Tami's Hallmark, if you want to treat your customer's like garbage then you should probably do everybody a favor and sell your store to someone more deserving, who actually wants to be there and build customer relationships. It's way more profitable and besides, you clearly don't deserve to own a business anyway.
