NO NO NO NO – I really can't say much more everyone else pretty much covered it. I really just hope this is being viewed by the two managers of karam properties that I site the link too. So they can see that there's some things that they need to fix, and they may have to take some loses because of what they didn't address sooner. If your owner's top priority is his renter's and the satisfaction of his customers this is something that may need to be shown to the tenants. Its very evident that those values are not expressed by employees and that's its all about the money for them. Well, its not for me and I don't take the situation I went with Karam properties lightly. They only have ever said what they can't do never what they could do and the security of my family or anyone else's for that matter, was never a factor to them. No matter how high you go up in managemen it doesn't get any better. Its sad, really sad, and the bad thing is you don't know how bad it is until your stuck in a lease. I don't know how this property was ran prior to this summer when I moved it, however I can probably guess its only getting worse.

BEWARE- Run away as fast as you can – I would discourage anyone from making the mistake of moving into Williamsburg, I recently found out that a neighbor's townhome was broken into. I think it is so sad that Williamsburg didn't take the time to notify it's residents. They are absoultely horrible about responding to complaints and/or retuning calls. I regret the day Karam properties took over about a year ago. It states all over the community that it is gated however, the gates are never closed and there is never security manning the gates. When the gates were put up they were being utilized and there was security. I work thrid shift and come home at 2. I can't tell you the last time the gates were locked so I called to inquire and was told they would be functional the following Thursday, well SUPRISE, SUPRISE, three weeks later still nothing. They lie to get people off the phone. I had a water leak and maintenace took three weeks to fix it. I can't wait for my lease to be up!!!!

Utter Disappointment – It seems as though the last few reviews have nailed it all on the head!

Kudos on the last 2 reviews.

I guess the Williamsburg of Cincinnati will never, ever be what it once was!

This Karam peron that has purchased this property has brought this place down to the ground and it truly appears he has no intention of raising it back up to the prestigious atmosphere it carried for so many years! What a shame!

He has literally destroyed this place, with no intentions of bringing it back up!!

It looks like some projects from "Over the Rhine"

The rent is absolutely absurd and offensive to good-hard working people who want to live in a safe, beautiful place!

This Man appears to care only about the rent being paid and not the character of the people he has moving in here! Its as if , if you have the rent and deposit you're in,No background check,No credit check,No nothing!

I have lived here a long time and even when this place was at its absolute worse with CMS coming in some years back, it wasn't this horrible!

I see absolutely no future in this place at the rate this place is going-only complete and utter FAILURE!!

What an absolute shame -to see what was once such a beautiful and desireable place to live to go down to the ground as this place has ! Not even a prayer could help this place.

Definitely not worth the money!!!!!!!!!!!! – The amount of damage that has been done in this place is absolutely absurd!

Not to mention the amount of repairs and poor service we get when requesting things to be fixed

Compared to the way this place used to be-I can honestly say this place is defintiely no where near that.

These cheap looking dividers being used to separate patios in the Townhomes is almost laughable not to mention totally disregarding of the privacy of the residence with no enclosure, so those of us residence with people living directly behind us have absolutely NO privacy ! How absurd is this! Especially with all the rent being paid here . The cheap appliances going into these places are breaking down left and right, costing more money for repairs.

It just seems like the person that has purchased this place is in way over his head and truly didn't realize

what he was getting himself into. And now we the residence are paying for this mess. I will defintiely not be re-newing my lease and cannot wait to move!

I would strongly suggest anyone considering moving in here to think again-Why? because if you are a day late with your rent, you're served with an eviction notice and when you call for any type of repair whether a serious repair or not-it could be days or weeks before it's addressed!

That's probably due to the huge turnover that appears to be going on in here, and the Maintenence Dept seems to be severely short staffed!

Although it seems they try to do the best they can, they just don't have enough help to go around which is probably why this place is falling apart!

To all who are considering moving in here, move in at your own risk and Good-Luck! If you're looking for an honest opinion-it's defintely not worth the rent and the service you receive is next to none to put it mildly!

What A Mess! Rethink Living Here! – Williamsburg of Cincinnati used to be one of the most beautiful communities in Cincinnati.

Realizing and excepting the fact that the renovations and make-overs are long over due.

Why in Gods name would all this madness of mass destruction be taking place right now, pulling out air-conditioners and destroying peoples yards in the absolute height of this unbearable heat especially for the seniors and young children that reside here! (that's extremely dangerous-not to mention a serious liability on behalf of this place)

What's even more appalling is you raise the rent and without taking a breath you begin inconveniencing all the residents with all this chaos and not even considering how to accomodate them while all this madness is taking place! What gives here?

Perhaps you will wait until some elderly resident or very young child falls ill or something even more serious like a heat stroke & even death takes place before you realize this was the most absurd thing you ever could have done!

Appalled Resident

Bad customer service – I guess I will only be able to tell you of some of my concerns re. the williamsburg the other ones are not allowed according to the user guides.. The apartments are nice and roomy. I don't seem to have things done in my apartment area in a timely maner anymore. I still have something living in the crawlspace of my apartment although I've told them about it and have been told that it was completed. I recently saw very lazy snow removal and hall cleaning. I am not comfortable here because of so many light fixtures not working. Once you get here and want to change your apartment, even for medical reasons, you will not be given good choices. I am not enjoying my stay here, all of the trees that made it look as if you lived in a wooded area are all cut down. I would say move in at your own risk.
