We have used Sycamore Animal Hospital in two locations for the past 25 years. Their services are professional and very reasonably priced. They are more than willing to answer further questions on the phone too.
I took my dog Gonzo to these folks. These are good quality people. I asked a lot of questions and they were courteous and professional and above all else they cared for my boy. Unfortunately Gonzo is really sick. These folks discussed my options with me in great detail and Dr. Stephanie Cable passed no judgement when I decided to hold off on treatment. Her concern was for Gonzo, not the income. These difficult decisions that we face, turn to our veterinarians for advice, are what show character in a facility and their staff. Any decision I wind up making for Gonzo, I assure you it will be under the guidance and care of Sycamore Animal Hospital.
Caring, compassionate, I can't say enough about Dr. Stephanie and the staff. They treated my dog Java like their own. I got great treatment for my dog (who is my baby!!) and they are so reasonable on cost I was shocked at the difference from my former vet in Blue Ash. Thanks guys!!!
The staff are all very friendly and give great care. Dr. Cable seemed very concerned with my dogs illness and called me back promptly with the test results. That is really appreciated when you are worried about your dog!
I found several news articles about Sycamore animal hospital nothing good about the place. They almost killed my cats with contaminated needles used to administer vaccines. My cats almost died last night of a severe infection. They are cheap, but you get what you pay for. When I called to tell them they almost killed my cats all they said was " your not getting a refund". No apology or remorse. If you love your pets don't take them to Sycamore Animal Hospital. Located at 12121 Montgomery Rd. Ohio.
Great Care for your Pet – We took our 10 week old puppy there last night @6:00 without an appointment because she was hurt from jumping off the couch. They were very pleasant and thorough and compassionate. Dr. Cable and staff get 5 stars and our puppy is up and running again.
Have also used the shot clinic for this puppy and for our other dog who recently passed away and the staff is always top notched.
GREAT HOSPITAL GREAT PRICES – I needed my dog and cat spay but could not afford to
have it done at the veterinary hospital where I worked. I did not want to take my pets to a spay clinic as we see them after they go there and it's awful. Many of our clients go to the Sycamore Animal Hospital so I went there. The hospital was very clean and the staff and doctors were very nice and professional. My babies went through the surgery with out any problem and came back to us looking and smelling great. I was very pleased with the service, and the price was less than at one of those spay clinics. They deserve 7 stars!
Sycamore open Sunday Animal Hospital – My wife's cat, Dixie, became ill about 2 months ago. Our home is literally a 4 minute walk from the SYCAMORE ANIMAL CLINIC, so I packed up Dixie and took her over on a Sunday.
I was greeted by a great and pleasant staff, walked into an extremely clean and pleasant waiting area (which I'm sure Dixie didn't really appreciate thoroughly enough).
I received great service and was in and out of there in about 30 minutes. When they told me the price of the services rendered, I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable they were.
If anyone is looking to find a new health care provider for their pets, I could not recommend any better choice than the Sycamore Animal Hospital
Great Hospital Glad they are open Sunday – My foster dog from neuter clinic got a more than botched neuter job . Since he (my sweet foster pup) and I were up all Saturday night because he was in such great pain, I took him here on Sunday morning after I called to see if I needed to bring him in. I can't tell you how friendly Brian was on the phone, the girl who checked us in and Dr. Cable were when they saw my dog. They took time, inspected him thoroughly, showed concern for him - not only in his health but who they knew who might be interested in adopting him - and this all happened fairly swiftly. They spent a good amount of time with us, but we weren't waiting too long. I don't know how to rate their prices, but their care and concern meant a great deal to me since we had been up all night, were exhausted and getting used to a new dog who was in such great pain. I am so grateful and will now bring my own two dogs and cat here to see them as regular clients. Was very impressed.
