They had excellent sales service many models to choose from, lots of discounts and a feeling that the salesmen took there time with you and helped research every available option. At no time,did we feel pressured or unwelcomed. Management was superb, the facilities were well maintained. Our car buying experience started with Rita’s visits to several auto dealerships on a Saturday. As a walk-in, car shopping alone, Rita did not feel welcomed, supported or taken seriously as a buyer until she ran into Megan at Kings Mazda. When Rita arrived, she was welcomed by Megan who was very attentive and helpful with Rita until I arrived. When I arrived, Megan continued to assist us through the car buying process. Thanks Megan for a positive experience!

My salesman was rude. The men in the service department could not have been worse...blamed me for ruining my tires on a new vehicle. The car had less than 15,000 miles on it and required all new tires. I am a suburban mom who is very easy on my car. They refused to help me; had to by all new tires. A year later, it was well known there was a problem with the tires. Have never received such poor service in my life.
I purchased a car here new in 2011, there were very friendly upon the sale but have had terrible customer service ever since signing.
Upon trying to refund my extended warranty the finance department has made up loops for me to jump through in order to drag the process out as long as possible. They refuse to answer questions regarding when they will process the refund. They don't reply to my emails and make up excuses as to why they have not performed their end of the processing. Additionally multiple employees abruptly hang up the phone when they don't want to give a straight answer. This is extremely rude and I will not be buying another car from this dealer in the future.
If you have any problems after signing the dotted line you can bet it wont be handled.
Continued Excellent Service
Kings recenty performed the 30,000 mile service on my Mazdaspeed 3. Jason Moore and the rest of the service staff did their usual excellent job. No complaints; Kings has a first-rate service department.
Definitely recommend – I would definitely recommend John Foltz to anyone looking for a Mazda.
