BEWARE!! DONT USE AUDIO PLUS! They will damage your car! – Worst car experience ever! Installed terrible Crime Stopper alarm. Alarm goes off in the middle of the night for no reason, car electrical system shut the car down on the highway, could not get in car and had to call for help, etc. AND they scratched up my car and it had to be repainted! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. I told them I wanted refund for alarm and they said they can't. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE experience. The manager was a joke.
Audio Plus NW Expressway - Total Disaster – Had a tint job done there. It failed twice, so went back to get the money back. They acknowledged the failure, but refused to refund the money at all. What? They acknowledged their own failure, but refused to refund the money...
Wow. What a disaster of a company. On to the next website for another review!!
terrible dont go there – i wish there was a way to rate them with no stars. when i sold my old truck i took the system out of it and had audio plus install it in my new truck and it was terrible they broke the input jack for the aux so the cord hangs in there stupidly and when i went to replace my system with some stuff i had bought online for much cheaper then they were trying to sell it for when i unhooked my amp and everything even with a blown fuse on the power wire the way they had it wired blew my PCM thank god my truck was under warranty or i would have been out 1000$ because they sure wernt going to do anything for it dont go there for anything their people will also try to talk to you like your a total idiot and act like its a privilage to spend money in their store
RUN THE OTHER WAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! – Audio Plus screwed up my car to the point that it doesn't even start anymore. Their managers are weasels and will not take responsibility for their installer's mistake. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.

I would never take my car to be worked on at one of these stores.
I feel sorry for all the customers that have been done bad by Audio Plus' current and past policies.
I am not a pissed previous worker, I could care less... But all the people that have come to Audio Plus and know me know I tried to change Audio Plus' for the better.
Eventually you are gonna have to fix things, but it seems noone wants to do that at this point.
The owners should be more involved in their business, and make some drastic changes to the way the business is run.
Don't Trust Them, Liars and Scammers – I have had several bad experiences with Audio Plus (trying to fix what they didn't know how to) and they are ran by the same owner, who will not be contacted, I was given the run around and scammed by an installer that didn't know what he was talking about, had come back repeatedly. My daughter was ripped off and lied to, to the point that she is putting together her facts to file suit to just get her car put back to normal enough to get all the mistakes re-worked. Ask most installers in the business at other Audio shops and they will tell you Audio Plus is the worse place you can go in the metro, and the Edmond store is the worst, so I'm told. The only reason I gave them one star is that I wasn't sure how I could rate them lower than that. I would have to write chapters to explain, what other experts confirmed for us. I don't know how they stay in business. One day while I was there two other people in the front were also furious (Edmond). Don't chance it and if you do remember I TOLD YOU SO.
Don't buy anything from Audio Plus – Don?t buy anything at Audio Plus!
I bought a pair of Kicker speakers from them and one of them went bad after a few months. I took it back and the manager told be that kicker had a backorder and would not be able to replace it for 3 months. Even then Audio Plus would charge me $15.00 to exchange the bad one for a new one even though the speakers were warranted for one year. They told me the $15.00 was to pay for shipping. What?... I was unhappy to say the least. These speakers cost me over $150.00 at Audio Plus and I was not getting any service after the sale. I went online (A internet store) and got a replacement pair for $74.00 with shipping and got them in 5 days. After I got the speakers in the mail I got thinking about the B.S. Audio plus fed me about the kicker backorder. So, I called Kicker?s 1-800 number, told them I had a bad speaker and had my sales receipt from Audio Plus. They told me they would replace the bad speaker with in 24 hours and at no cost. The only thing I had to pay was the shipping to them. I packed the speaker in a box of foam and sent it via USPS for less then $7.00. Heck, Audio plus was trying to rip me off again with the shipping cost. While on the phone with Kicker, I ask them if there was a backorder on my model of speaker. They told me they had thousands of them ready to ship. Kicker had the new speaker to me in 2 days! Kicker is a great company to bad they have a dealer like Audio Plus. Bottom line is I don?t do business with liars cheaters and scumbags. If I were you, I would stay away from the likes of Audio Plus!
