GREAT DEALERSHIP! I have been a customer for 15 years and I was happy from day one. It has improved from great to exceptional over that time. My most recent experience was to buy a new GX. Doug Collett, the sales person, was so knowledgable and helpful. Every phone call was returned quickly. All questions were addressed professionally. The best part of the experience was he found the exact new vehicle I was looking for during a time when demand was greater than supply due to the recent tragic events in Japan. Ed Eskridge was also very helpful, professional and courteous. I suppose the reason I have continued to purchase my vehicles from Eskridge Lexus is due in large part to the quality of the employees. From the day I drive out with my new car to every service appointment, I am a happy and satisfied customer. On a scale of 1 - 10, this dealership is a 15. I will keep coming back and do not intend to ever shop anywhere else.

My husband, Ken, and I purchased a Lexus for our son today. Our representative was Shawn.

I have been in management for most of my professional career. If Shawn is indicative of the caliber of representative for your company, then I see why your reputation is so outstanding. We had decided to purchase another vehicle and completed the initial paperwork with Shawn. He took us then to Chris and it was in Chris' office that I debated whether to purchase the Mercedes or Lexus. Chris gave us complete information on the cost and comparison of the extended warranties for both vehicles.

Shawn than met with us and reassured us that this change was not the problem we imagined it to be. Ken and I debated whether the purchase of fewer miles, longer warranty, etc. was enough to cancel the original purchase and change to the Lexus. Shawn was patient and through and when directedly asked what he would do, he responded with frankness. We returned to Chris and he, too, was most helpful. This was one of the most pleasant car purchasing experiences we have had.

I wish you continued success with your dealership and applaud your choice of representatives.

Mr Eskridge: I just would like you to know how pleased I am with all aspects of your dealership.I have purchased 3 cars from Eskridge Lexus, currently I have a Lexus Rx 350 2010. I am always so particular with everything especially my car or home. This past Sunday a old gal(!%#*)rear ended me on Robinson in Norman and knocked me into the car in front of me while I was stopped at a light. She had the nerve to tell me when she got out of her car not to call the police because they would arrest her. Of course I called the police. On Monday I contacted my insurance USAA and took the car up to Eskridge Collision Center. They were very busy and told me it might be 7 days depending on parts ect. I spoke with them several times during the week and of course my insurance.( It only took them 5 days). They even took me over to the Avis rental center since I was stranded. My entire back door that raises was replaced and both bumpers redone.My car looks great, also it was taken over to your dealership to reset my electronics several lights were staying on. I know these days and times often people don't take time to thank employees. I have been a Registered Nurse for 43 years and know how hard the public and their demands can be on staff. Thanks again for a First Class Dealership.Jeremy Foster was the young man that worked on my car and I believe his dad is who drove me over to the rental place. The woman who works at the front desk was also very helpful during a stressful time. Thanks again

Kristina has been our service manager for the past several years. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous and is always willing and able to meet our needs. On several occasions she has been our advocate when dealing with possible warranty repairs. She is always friendly and courteous and is a real pleasure to deal with.

I am writing to tell you how much I appreciate your receptionist, Susie. She impresses me each time I speak with her as she handles my phone call or when I happen to be in the showroom.

I again witnessed her very efficient and friendly manner while waiting on my car to be serviced on June 2nd. Another Customer, also in the waiting area, stepped into the showroom before returning to her seat. At the time, Susie was busy with another customer. I noticed how quickly Susie came to check on the woman to ask if there was anything she could do for her. It was another example of how well Susie handles her position. I believe your receptionist is a great asset to the dealership.

I just wanted to let you know that my experience at Lexus last week was exceptional. Christin Parsons was my service representative & she was exceptional. I was disappointed that they didn't find the problem with my car, exactly, but she made the experience so paltable. I left there feeling I had a new best friend.

I hope my car runs successfully and I don't have to come back, but if I do, I realize I can be helped.

My husband and I just purchased a GX460 from your dealership, and I just wanted to take the time to tell you how much of a pleasure the entire experience has been. From the first contact via the internet, to the negotiation, to the actual purchase and delivery, the process was seamless. Our sales representative, Nathan Gardner, has been stellar in all areas...very knowledgeable, accommodating, and extremely helpful, Sam Bridges, the finance representative, has been very helpful as well, ensuring all the paperwork was delivered in a timely fashion, so as to meet our delivery timeline. Even Steve, the driver, was extremely polite and courteous. I must say, this has been the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I look forward to bragging to all who admire my beautiful new car that I purchased it from Eskridge Lexus of Oklahoma City.
