Best Crab Cakes! – I had dinner at Kincaid's for a business meeting. We ordered a bunch of food and drinks.

Our waitress was very helpful. We had appetizer sampler, calamari, crab cakes, and salad to start. For entree, I had the scallop. It wasn?t bad but nothing really special. Some other people had salmon and filet mignon. I probably go to a steak house for filet?. The crab and bearnaise topping was not a good match with the filet

I will take my husband to have just the crab cakes and the salmon.

YUK- Boxed Potatoes, Come ON – Kincaids used to be one of my favorites, but their menu is more Mac n Cheese than I want to see at a high price restaurant. Their potatoes tasted funny, and sure enough, when questioned staff spoke and they are boxed potatoes. Too highly priced to be cutting back in their quality.

Heard Chevy's bought them....that would explain a lot.

Don't waste your time – We received a $20 gift card in the mail, so thought we would check this place out. We ordered appetizers at $26 and their early bird dinners at $20 each. The food was just so-so, and our waitress was just annoying. When it came time to pay the bill, I gave her our gift card and my credit card. She stated that the gift card was not valid for the early bird dinners, and when I flipped it over, sure enough, that's what the fine print said. But we could use the gift card in the bar, she said. So after paying for our dinner with my credit card, we stopped in the bar on the way out for an after-dinner drink. This time I was smarter and showed the bartender our gift card before ordering. Sorry, he said, you couldn't use the gift card in the bar without ordering food also. Well, we walked out without ordering a drink, and gave our gift card to some people in the bar who looked like they were going to order food from the menus. The next day $2,000 in fraudulent purchases were charged to the card I had used the night before at the restaurant. Now I don't know who or when someone stole my credit card number, but that's just too much of a coincidence for me. And even if all of their employees are honest, the food and the service don't give me any reason to go back.

Great Surf and Turf! – My experience at Kincaid's was a very good one. The food was excellent (prawns and filet mignon combo) and the service was friendly and efficient. We dined here around sunset, so the view over the bay was incredible. I have to disagree with many of the other reviews about the prices, I found them to be fair for what we got. We were able to split the combo (which was a reasonable $30) between the two of us and still be very full at the end of the meal.

Great Place for Work Meeting – I would highly recommend this place for work off site dinner meetings. Good Ambience, Service and Wine list.

Mediocre – The food wasn't as good as I would expect for $30 entrees. Portions were small.

I had the seafood mixed grill and the shrimp were something that I would expect in a bag of frozen that I bought at the grocery store in North Dakota. Service was just fair, but they were really busy. I come to the area a lot on business and I probably won't eat here again.

Great Restaturant! – I've been to Kincaid's many times with my bf and the food is wonderful. I love their crab and artichoke dip, it is to die for! Their prime rib is absolutely fabulous! I've ordered other things on the menu and all of them are ok. Nothing great about the other items but the prime rib is definitely a must.

So much for their reputation! – I waited a long time to eat at Kincaid's. People raved about it. My husband finally brought me there for our anniversary dinner. It was supposed to be special. I was so disappointed. I ordered the calamari and thought that I swallowed a salt block. I told the food server that the calamari was so salty. He didn't apologize. He looked at me and said "Oh." Before he took it away, he asked if I wanted anything else. He didn't offer to have it taken off our bill...we had to tell him! I mentioned this incident to a friend of mine who wished that I had talked to her before we went. She said that she was also disappointed when she went to Kincaid's and that it was way over rated.

Don't waste your money! – First of all the decor is vert dated. Feels like something out of the 1980's. The view is nice, but the food is average for what you pay. VERY overpriced. Tourist prices. The service is pushy and you can tell the waiters are pushed to sell and get you out as fast as possible. Has a very corporate feel and if you want to dine this is NOT the place. Screaming kids and pushy waiters make it impossible to have a relaxing business dinner. NEVER AGAIN.

Fantastic! – I had such a lovely time meeting friends here for dinner. The restaurant is set right on the water, which I'm sure is great during the day too. At night you can't really tell. Great ambiance and service. The food was delicious also. I would highly recommend going!
