The staff always makes us feel at home whether we are getting an oil change or buying a vehicle. Special thanks go to Blake Reynolds, Jeff Olsen, Chris Austin and Jordan Riddle. Blake is a very friendly salesman and should do very well in his sales position. Jeff was also very helpful in assisting Blake with the purchase of our new vehicle. Chris made the financing process very seamless. Since we didn’t take our vehicle home the night we purchased the vehicle, Jordan made a point to come in early the next day to assist us with the set up. Jordan made it look so simple on setting up our phones to use with the hands free system. Again, thanks goes out to all of your employees. We recommend our friends to check with Classic when they are interested in a vehicle or need service.
My online experience was great and the online chat is a nice feature. When we got to the dealership, our salesperson, while seemingly new and not particularly knowledgable, was very nice and seemed to genuinely want a good experience for us. I think as she gains knowledge she will be very good at her job, and I hope she received full credit for the sale. Our experience was good when we were dealing with Kari only. When she brought another salesman in, we felt like we got a stereotypical "used car experience" with regard to the negotiation of price. We found him a bit pushy and insincere. We had researched the vehicle and knew what it was approximately worth, so his claim that he "wasn't making any money and just wanted our business" was off-putting when we knew it to be incorrect. Honestly, had the car not been exactly what we were looking for we probably would have left. Our experience with Kari, again, was great, and the finance department gave us no surprises.
I had to purchase this vehicle in a hurry due to a family illness and although I had done my internet research, I had not made a final decision. My disappointment came when I arrived at your dealership
to find that the vehicle I had selected on your site had not yet arrived on your lot; it was still somewhere else. However, as I had to purchase a vehicle quickly I found another similar one and decided to go with it. I dealt with a New salesman who really didn't know his way around the used lot as he is in new sales, your policy appears to be that whomever makes first contact with the customer gets the sale so , Basically I found my own car without much help from the personnel. My only other complaint is that the car is white and there was a dent in the back driver's door that could not be seen in the prevailing sun conditions that I discovered later that day. Never mind, I signed a release but the dent WAS there already and NOONE saw it. I found the personnel to be friendly and, in general, professional and expedient. I was a cash buyer as I'm returning from abroad and thought that would be a good thing but, alas, most dealerships prefer to finance so was a bit surprised . My buying experience was mostly quite positive, however the dent still bugs me and I think your dealership should offer to fix it. Thank you for your inquiry, sincerely, Laura Cusimano.

Terrible dealership. They lie. They also play on words so it sounds like you're getting one thing then they tell you thats not what they said. Very deceiving. Was suppose to get a full tank of gas, nope. Bring your vehicle in for service and we'll give you a free loaner. They can't even service the vehicle I bought from them. Of course I've made one payment and now the piece of junk won't run. Thanks for nothing. I would go else where or you'll regret it.
