**********BEWARE************* PLEASE.....TO SAVE YOUSELF FROM AN EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE, PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS AND BELIEVE THEM. I WISH I HAD!! My cable was completely off yesterday evening and the girl who answers their phone laughed at me when I said that the only acceptable answer is that they have my service up and running again today. They've repeatedly said that they would get the cable buried, but it's still on my driveway...since last June--10 months, I changed from Direct TV because of skyrocketing prices -- wanted to save some money. Was not a wise move. When the cable actually works at all, many of the channels are snowy or distorted. Even at only $30 per month, this is not a good value. Going back to Direct TV.

Undoubtedly the worst internet service provider in business. Have had the service for about two years and have had nothing but problems with the download speed. Their 12 Mbps is actually more like 3 to 4 Mbps. Have talked to their supposed, technical support and am told they see the speed problem but will have to write a service ticket and someone will call me the next day. Still waiting for the phone calls. Will research who is responsible for the licensing, FCC or some other government office and write them. Also am going to contact the Oklahoma State attorney General's office and make a formal complaint about getting ripped off for a service which is poorly provided, but am still charged the premium price.

WORST INTERNET SERVICE EVER! ! ! – I've been paying for 12mbs ever since they offered it and I seldom get anything close to 12. Tonight I am getting 1.3 !!!!!!! I have followed the required routine of calling the 800# so very many times. They never find that there is anything that can be done on my end. They ALWAYS turn in a ticket to the locals and I NEVER get a service call! They simply do not care. For several months last year the service was actually more off than on! I know that over 3 months I got 2 months of service. This was while I was calling in the problem every single time. I never got a service call. My neighbor turned them in to the feds. Then something happened. The service came back but I still don't get the speed I'm paying for and never ever have. It is usually 3mbs.It is a huge huge waste of my time to call the 800# and report problems. They obviously do NOT CARE! IF SOMEONE FROM AT&T WOULD GET THEIR FIBEROPTICS OUT HERE THEY COULD OWN THIS TOWN!!! WHY DON'T YOU BRING THIS MONOPOLY DOWN?

cable service I didnt recieve – This has been the worst cable company I have ever experienced, abourt three months ago or close to it I called and had service turned on, I had to call and remind them to come turn on my cable, then the tech showed up and spent 2 hours at my house and I spent 2 hours from work and the picture was fuzzy, he said I had a bad connection at the pole that I would have to call the company and turn in a work order for them to come fix the connection, that he didnt do that kind of work. so I called the girl, said she would turn in my order it would probly be next week, I waited two weeks and no one came so I called again and they said some one is in my area and would be at my house in a couple hours. and he was. same guy. spent some time out side at the pole came in and said the same thing as the first time, he said he got ahold of his boss. so I waited three weeks and nothing. called them up again and said I am really fed up and and now I have a 70.00 dollar bill for what? I told the girl im ready to shut it off if they cant fix the problem, the picture is so fuzzy you cant make out what is going on. well she said OK and that was the end of it, two weeks later they shut it off I guess for non payment. I havent had any service to have a bill. I would never recomend this company to anyone. what happen to pleasing the customer.

Cable service. – This is some of the worst service I have ever had. I've been waitng 3 days to have it fixed. I can not get a picture, it's all snowy. Called them 3 times and and they said they'll be right out. Then i called to cancel and they act like they could care less if they keep customers! As far as i'm concerned this company SUCKS!

AUDIO ISSUES – Since cable service went digital we have had ongoing issues with audio for Channel 6 (CBS) and Channel 2 (NBC). It is garbled sometimes to the point you can't watch the program. We have called and emailed numerous times. The problem goes back an forth between the two channels. It will get resolved briefly then it occurs again. We have threatened to cancel and go back to satellite but we like the channels we get with cable for the price and I have been happy with my Internet service. Is anybody else having the same audio problems? It is frustrating to try and watch your favorite shows and can't hear it.

scam on the people of northeastern okla. – I have had this lack of service for more than a year, This company is by far the worst. Its is taking the digtal signal converting back to analog selling it to us as didtal and it is not so when they sent out the letter telling us our rates are going up due to the goverment making everyone go to digtal was a lie. my stuff has never worked right,after contacting them over 50 times it still does not work. I found out today that atlas wireless in owasso has internet and T.V. please dont waste your money. I'm done with them. Look at all other options before calling these rip offs

No call, No show – Nov. 11, 2009 community cablevision was to install a phone at my house so I could get a bundle package. I called them about 2:30 p.m., yes you are still on the list for service today. I called after 7 p.m., they are all home. I

left a recording of my problem on the service department answering machine. Jackie calls me & said she was sorry, she did not know what happened. "I am sorry" that is unacceptable. Jackie called me a little after 8 a.m. on Nov. 12, 2009: we can come over right now to put the phone in. The phone was not ready on Wednesday, but it is ready for Thursday. I told her that I made time for them yesterday, not today. I was transfered to a supervisor.k

No one ever asked me "How can we keep you as a customer?" She said she was sorry, that was unacceptable. I told her that I felt like they came over, stole my car, went joy riding in it, brought it back & got caught. All they want to do is say I'm sorry. We negoiated that they would pay me $63, $7 an hour for 9 hours that would be credited to my bill & that Dennis Sould would talk with me. They came out before 3 p.m. to install the phone. Troy the Community cablevision tech told me that he installed the phone, they gave me a $63 credit on my bill & that Dennis Soule would not talk with me, it is over & done with. Part of that verbal agreement was for Dennis Soule to talk with me. I interped his action as the contract is nul & void.

I also asked to talk with George Hamilton, a co-owner, the answer was no.

This company deserves a rating of - 20.

Service goes out – Today our service went out at 3:00 it is 9:14 and we still don't have service. This happens all the time. During the ice storm one of my friends went 31 days without her service being fixed so she stopped service with them and went to dish. I am tempted to do the same! I cannot believe that this company is so stinkin' slow at fixing their cable when it goes out! We pay our bill on time, never miss a payment, so we don't know why we cannot get better service.

One of the Most Frustrating Experiences I've Ever Had – My frustration began from the first day of ordering service, and yes I know I should've just went with another company, but in small towns it is hard. I ordered cable services from this company, I am from small town USA so I try very hard to keep my business at home, they finally scheduled me a connect date after spending days trying to decide if my address really existed!! Then they never showed up, my daughter had taken off of work and when they hadn't been there by lunch I called and they called the technician and he told them that no one was at home.....untrue but.......and that he was already gone from the town. Which is a whole 10 minutes away, but since my daughter was there and watching for him, my guess is that he never showed up. There fix was to reschedule for another date about 2 weeks away. At that time I cancelled entirely. Should've stuck with that decision.....but again I tried, really wanting to keep my business in my community. So I finally got my cable installed and have almost the same programming as if I had no cable at all!!! These people do not care about there customers at all and I have called and written several times and have received no response at all. In this day and age I believe customer service is VERY important. If all small businesses had this type of customer service then there would be no small businesses any more. I am now going to change my service to someone who will at least act like they care when I have a problem. This company is not doing me any favors, as they seem to treat you as they are. I pay for every bit of service I get from them!!!!!!!!!
