I love love love Jim Norton Toyota. I go there for everything whether it be an oil change or getting a new vehicle. I went in February 27,2014 hoping to look at a vehicle that was reasonably priced that had more room than my corolla, and with low mileage. I went in shortly after Jim Norton opened and was greeted by Thomas Hector, who helped me get into my corolla two years before. I told him what I could financially and he said hold on let me go get a car and see if you like it. I said ok. He drove a brand new 2014 Camry SE Sport around. I immediately fell in love. He told me he could more than likely get it within my budget. He had me meet with Kord Padilla in the financial department to see if it was possible. Kord told me Thomas said to treat with love and care, and that is exactly what he did. i could not be anymore satisfied. Both are amazing Christian men that truly want to help their customers. I was so happy. Long story short. I have a brand new, beautiful car that is safe for me and my daughter. I can't thank those two enough for all they did for me
Tim McNabb has done everything to make our experience wonderful. He always put our needs and concerns first, and made sure we were treated right and left happy. I really can't say enough good things about him. He is genuinely caring and nice, and made sure I got a good deal on my first college car. I loved dealing with Jim Norton! Buzz was are sales person in coordination with Denys. We were looking for a used Prius with 45K miles or less. We were able to find one and they really worked with us on the price. They also threw in some great "freebies" and gave us all the information we needed. My parents bought from them and referred us to them! Next time we need a vehicle (new/used) we will be going back! Awesome staff who genuinely care and want to help you find a car you can afford! Very pleased with EVERYTHING.

I found myself over the coarse of a few months looking for the vehicle that my wife had been wanting for many years. She knew exactly what she wanted and knew the cards had to fall into place in order to make it work. I had been to two different dealerships here in Little Rock trying to find a brand new Toyota Sienna with all the whistles and bells. I found out that not only would I be getting the basic model but the sales teams there were very high pressure sellers. They really didn't want to work with me on what I wanted. I was nearly strong armed into purchasing a van I didn't want more or less my wife and there was clearly nothing significant about the van. If I was going to buy a vehicle of that standard I wanted it to be something we both loved. After we gave up looking my wife's car was paying it's toll as we had to make some repairs on it and when the sales guy heard her Hyundai Santa Fe was needing more repair he tried to put the squeeze on me as well and I told him 3 times that it wasn't my decision that it was my wifes. I would be making a purchase of a van but not without her because it was her choice since it would be her van. I got on line and found a van and a sales team that blew me away!! I have purchased a few cars over the years including my Avalon I drive now but on a Saturday sitting in Little Rock I found an even better vehicle for my wife, with a great price and a great sales rep. Around 2 pm on a Saturday morning I saw a Toyota Sienna with every bell and whistle we wanted and even the color she wanted and at about $10,000 less than the Sienna's that were fully loaded here were priced. I called the dealership to see if it was still there thinking they were going to really put me through the fire and I met Jeff who said that he would be happy to see if they still had this vehicle for me. He called me back in a few minutes and told me it was there. I thought that I may drive down the next weekend and get it but I was afraid to lose that great of a deal. Since they were closed on Sunday I didn't really know what to do. Jeff then said that I should grab the family and come on down. They would wait for me even though it would make him and Trint wait for me till after the dealership was closed. So....I packed up the wife and kids and headed that way. We arrived an hour after the dealership had closed and there was Jeff, Trint and a few others to help us get started. They immediately made us feel comfortable. There was huge cookies for the kids, bottles of water for us all and warm handshake and a smile. It was awesome!! This dealership was impressive. It was the largest dealership I had seen and vehicles all around that were priced at a huge difference that my local dealership. While they were putting our paperwork together for the wife and I there was a chance for me to look around for the latest model of vehicles for myself. There was not one sales rep that came up to me to try and sell me on a vehicle but gave all of their attention to my wife which was good because that was why we were there. If you have kids also there is a great little playground for them to play and they really enjoyed it. Trent, Jeff and their sales team was professional, friendly and easy to work with. My wife is the proud owner of a 2012 Toyota Sienna that she has always wanted and I am the proud husband of a Happy Wife! :) That only means one thing! I will be back to get my vehicle next time and also will be referring friends and any family I can to there. If you have been or even thinking about buying a vehicle somewhere else you have to atleast give yourself the luxury of visiting with them first. Oh and make sure you ask first for Trent!!
GREAT SALES – Will Franklin made our shopping experience and easy one. He walked all over the lot showing us vehicles he thought we would like. He was NOT pushy, which is a nice change. We appreciate that he let us take our time in the decision. When we buy another car, we will probably go to him and DEFINITELY refer our friends to him.
I wish I could go back and buy another! – After months of looking around and test driving different cars, I finally found a used Volkswagen GTI at Jim Norton. This is my family's 3rd vehicle from Jim Norton Toyota, and I LOVE my new car!!! Our salesmen, Justin Mayer, did a fabulous job and made the whole experience of buying a car easy, fun, and enjoyable. He was always real with us, not one of those salesmen that would say anything to make a sale. He gave us honest advice on our choice and never pushed us. Same goes for our finance guy, Chris. Thank you Jim Norton for friendly and helpful employees from the sales floor to the finance office! Very pleased and will return again and would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a new or used car. This car dealer will not annoy you with phone calls, but rather make you feel appreciated and welcomed, and I liked that! Thanks again Jim Norton!!!
5 star Tulsa dealership – My husband and I just purchased a used truck from Jim Norton Toyota in Tulsa, although you would have thought we were buying a brand new more expensive one by the treatment we got. In our past experiences, when we would go to a dealer who likes to push the NEW sales on you and want to buy used, they would turn up their nose at us, not the case at Jim Norton Toyota. All the way from the beginning, I was impressed from the lady who operates the switchboard, sorry I don't remember her name, until we left the parking lot. Everyone we came into contact with was very customer focused, helpful, courteous, the list goes on and on. Our special thanks to our salesman KORD PADILLA and Steve in the Business Office! We appreciate that you worked with our special circumstances and got us the payment we needed! I hope that we can do business in the future! Thanks again!
