My wife took me their on my birthday (11-16-12). I had the ultamate feast and she had thewood grilled pork chop. Service was par for a friday night. About an hour or so after leaving the Red lobster my wife came violently ill ( vomiting and diaharea). I took her straight to the emergency room, as they where tending to my wife I called Red lobster and after fifteen minutes on hold got the General Manager Mirandia. I explained to what was going on she wanted the number on are credit card bill which i provided. She then informs me that you can not get food illness in 2 hours after eating something bad.. at this time she on speaker and thats when the Dr. in the E.R took over...Mrs. General Manger Mirandia hung up on trying to find out if i can get a corprate number for this fast food seafood choke and puke joint.

Not For The Faint Of Heart – The only concerns a dining establishment such as this needs to pay attention too is the quality of its food and above all the quality of its service, in past experiences i have found this establishments food to be quite a bit below the bar for what you would expect from an establishment of its kind, but felt it was par for the course in the area until today. Mothers day of all days, this establishment has broken a cardinal rule of dining establishments by allowing its customer service to match the diminished quality of its food, when asked to assist in arranging a small and simple dinner for two for mothers day the management was unwilling to even try to facilitate the request, of a paying customer, and that was not the most shocking part, its not the fact that they were unable to accommodate, it was the general and willful lack of any kind of willingness to do so that has permanently pushed this establishment off my list of places to spend my hard earned money, i would recommend that others take notice and don't spend your hard earned money in establishments that have become complacent and sub par just because they think they are the only game in town. You the customer deserves better! My advice is to take your business across the street or down the promenade and enjoy the same caliber of food for a better price without the terrible customer service, and i will see you there. Cheers.

Terrible food – My wife ordered the Lobster Crab & Seafood Stuufed Mushrooms which was the highlight of our meal. She also ordered the Wood Grilled Sirloin Surf & Turf. The steak was great but no worcestershire steak sauce was available. The lobster tasted like it was freezer burnt I order the Cajun Chicken Linguinin Alfredp. It was smothered in grease and I couldn't eat 1/2 of it. 1 iced tea and 1 pop and the bill was $64 with tip. We won't go back...

Casual crustacean-inspired chain serves up diet-defying seafood dishes in a family-friendly environment. – In Short
Live lobsters wriggle in a tank inside this seafood emporium, where nautical-patterned booths and colorful, fish-shaped tables in the bar area add subdued touches of whimsy to the room's classy dark wood accents. The menu can be downright decadent, with starters of artichoke lobster dip, seafood fondue, and crab-stuffed mushrooms. Entrees feature lighter, grilled fare like mahi-mahi and North Atlantic sea scallops, along with signature lobster dishes, snow crab legs, and jumbo fried shrimp platters.
