Excellent customer Service! Darren at the Sunnyside location went far above and beyond what I would ever expect to make sure I was pleased with my purchase. I bought new wheels for my car and will definitely come back here for my tires too.

good for 1-time purchase or inspection – I drive a lot and love a smooth ride. The main reason I went to this shop is because they have a ride-matching balancer. As I've found out twice it makes no difference in balancing quality vs. a neighborhood discount shop. First vehicle was a 1985 turbo Saab (hard suspension), second a Grand Caravan (medium suspension). The price is the same as regular spin balancing, $15 per wheel. What they are good at is finding out even slightly bent / untrue rims. Basically when u buy a used vehicle it's good to take it here once for wheel inspection. For recurrent services go to local discount shops, there are plenty around town.

Discount Tire used to be the best place to buy new Yokohama Avid Touring tires, which I purchased in 2004. Quiet, long-mileage, soft ride. Since then the tire prices have almost doubled, so I'm sticking with "el cheapo" rubber from now on. Nexen from Korea is good to about 50% tread. Wal-mart Uniroyal tires are pretty decent too.

Editorial Review – Choose from new tires and wheels for cars and trucks made by original equipment and aftermarket companies including BFGoodrich, Yokohama, Konig and Enkei.
