We've used D&S several times. Great people and amazing work. I have friends in auto body. I spent years in shops and know what quality work looks like.

The staff are helpful and their work is outstanding. They have affordable rentals there if you need them, and will totally handle everything with the insurance companies for you (well, other than your personal statement I suppose).

Go there. You'll get your car back the way it should be and support a quality group of folks while you're at it.

When we ran over a rock on the freeway on highway 14 last winter D and S FRAME AND BODY fixed it right and very quickly. I thought I would be with out my subaru for weeks, but they said they were very farmiliar with subarus and now I know what they meant. they had the parts ordered and the estimate sent to my insurance company that very day . They rented me an allwheel drive car so I was back on the road with in 2 hours of the accident. I've had other repair experiences that did not go so well, I heartily reccomend this place.

I was recommended to D&S Frame & Body by my insurance company , and they proved to be very professional and friendly. I thought my car would never be the same , but when they were finished it was better than before. The office staff was so helpful in dealing with the insurance claim. I was not expecting to leave my car, pick up a rental , and be on my way so quickly. The insurance claim seemed to be a complicated process , but they handled it all for us.

I recommend them to all my friends.

Friendly Shop That Helped Me with My AutoBody Repairs – I hit a deer with my car and was not sure what to do, I called D&S Frame and Body and the owner was very helpful to make sure I was safe and then He helped me set up the tow truck to pick my vehicle (which was not driveable).D&S paid the bill for my car to be towed, then billed my insurance which was great because I had no money with me when I hit the deer!Because d&s was so nice to help me with starting the insurance claim and getting my car picked up my wife and I decide to have them fix our car.I did not have rental coverage thru my insurance as i thought (good think to double check) , but D&S loaned me a car while my car was being fixed. I hope to never get in a car accident again but if I do I would use D&S again, they fixed my car and it looked like it never happened. the employees @ D&S where nice and did a great job. I recomend them to anyone needed autobody repair.

Satisfied Repeat Customer – I have had my car repaired at D & S several times. Not sure what that says about my driving, but at least there is a great place to get it fixed. The office manager was very friendly and helpful. The owner was nice and did the computer estimate quickly and answered all my questions. When I picked up my car it was clean and vacuumed.

I will recommend them to anyone.

GREAT QUALITY SERVICE – My wifes suv needed some bodyrepair recently , My friends recomended D&S . Im glad they did . repairs were fast , fair and the color match was perfect! had the windshield replaced at the same time, their office personel was very friendly and a great help dealing with the insurance company. I would highly recomend them.

its like swimming with sharks – ITS LIKE SWIMMING WITH SHARKS!!! these people are ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CHOICE i could have ever made to work on my vehicle..i had a very wonderful car that unfortunately was involved in a accident...this shop (AND I USE THAT TERM VERY LOOSELY),,, took three weeks to finish my car after telling me that it would take five days...i mentioned at the time of the estimate that i would need it to be done in a timely fashion as i only had so many days that i wanted to have to pay for a rental car for my small business. .the car HAD TO GO BACK to the shop 5 TIMES TO TRY and get the problems FIXED that they kept NOT fixing..after being told to come and pick it up and that it was repaired ..it STILL HAD HUGE GAPS between the body panels .. they had actually modified factory new parts(denting them in the process) just to be able to fit them on a vehicle that was supposed to be repaired.. THEY DENTED MY NEW FACTORY PARTS INSTALLING THEM. when i called to point this out, I was told to bring it back repeatedly and that it would be fixed...after complaining about the poor quality of workmanship and the exorbitant amount of my ever escalating rental car costs as a result of its time once again at the shop,,Ralph the owner actually laughed at my concerns.I called my insurance company to talk with them they told me that it would be the shops responsibility to fix the damages after seeing photos i sent to them of the work agreed with my assessment that the work was sub=par but that Ralph the owner would have to fix it .I took it back one more time and tried to keep the faith.this was a very unfortunate decision for me and what at one time a very NEW and beautiful vehicle ..after i picked up my vehicle that had STILL NOT BEEN REPAIRED OF THE DAMAGE FROM THE INITIAL ACCIDENT.. i noticed it had many little dents and dings all over what was a new and almost perfect vehicle .im a cautiously slow driving senior citizen and the only person to have ever driven my car ,,this car had less than 3500 miles on it and I hand washed it BEFORE IT WENT to them as a curtousy each time i took it in,, the car had very low miles and i had ALWAYS kept it since new at my home in my heated garage.so i knew there was no damages to any area on my car besides the front fender that was involved in the accident...so it was VERY obvious to me and my spouse that our car had been intentionally damaged....in summation I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP AGAIN...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! my own insurance company is going to now fix the vehicle at their expense and sue this shop for recompense...THIS SHOP DOES VERY VERY POOR WORK and should be ashamed at their unprofessional repairs and conduct ..also for disrespecting hard working people and there property..and not to abuse the trust of senior citizens as my spouse and i are nor any of the good people of hood river and the Columbia river gorge.we have lived here all our lives and have never been treated this poorly by any company or service ...regards
