Be Warned! Avoid this place! – I can see that this place got 2 bad reviews out of the last three. I should have read the reviews here before letting this place work on my hair.
The other reader was right. This place is pushy! They try to talk you into all kinds of extra services. Hair coloring, special hair treatment this and that, etc. They just won't leave you alone. And if you say no, they make it feel like you are going to be the ugliest person when you walk out of there.
Bad Experience – The Stylist that I had kept asking me if I wanted to color my hair. After saying no the first time, I got extremely irritated that she asked me 2-3 more times. When I said no again, she started becoming more and more rough with the way she was handling my hair. I felt like she was angry because she knew she was only going to make money on me for the haircut and nothing else. I did not even wait for a blow dry, I just wanted to get out of there, and have no intention of ever going there again. The worst hair salon experience I have ever had! BE FOREWARNED!
not satisfied – The service was very terrible. I've tried this salon several times. The prices are resonable so I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. But I will never go back again. Not only was there a language barrier with my stylist. Each time I went I was insulted with remarks like you must color your gray hair (which is not that gray)..."it makes you look very old". So I went ahead and asked for my hair to be color to match my natural color. The color was off and the hair cut wasn't what I asked ofr. Plus after much presser to get the hot oil treatment for a "great price" I walked away with even dryer hair than what I had.
great cut at great price – Got a cut from Candy who took one look at a photo I brought with me and knew what to do. It was basically a shorter version of my existing cut. She cleaned it up, kept it chic, and basically did a great job. She used scissors (not clippers) for the nape of my neck -- scissors always give a cleaner cut that grows out more evenly. She also recommended that I update my highlights. I chose a red tone (I have black hair) that turned out a little redder than I expected. More importantly, though, I received a great cut at a very reasonable price.
