A Nightmare Experience – I had two horrible experiences here. The first time the girl didn't bother to cut my toenails! She did however cut my nailbed, which bled, and got infected. They also charged me an extra $5 for a salt scrub.

When I went back for a redo, the owner, Lee did an even worse job: he never cut the nails on my right foot, they were all ragged. The polish was chipped and all over my toes. He put my sandels on BEFORE he did the varnish! It seemed spiteful to me.

He was done in 1/2 hour and wanted me to pay full price. Only the intervention of his wife, Tina got me 1/2 off. STILL more than it was worth.

A woese experience I can't imagine. What was supposed to be a relaxing treat turned out to be a night mare.

All I can say is STAY AWAY!!!!

The best I've found at this price – I guess if you have $150 to spend on a manicure and pedicure, you can really get the royal treatment at a high-end spa, but for the $35-$40 range, I think this place is pretty darn good. Lee and his wife (I forget her name right now) are really friendly and most of the rest of the staff is nice too. They have good massage chairs and they not only put a scrub all over your feet, but a cooling mask too. Then they wrap your feet in hot towels, which feels great. I would go to this place all of the time, but I don't live in NW Portland and the parking in this area is a total nightmare. I usually circle around for a while and am lucky to find something within 3 blocks, which makes it interesting walking back to your car with still wet toenails in those thin disposable flip-flops. haha Make sure you bring your own flip-flops!

Great job, great price, great service – I was skeptical at first. The first time I went to the Lombard location I was really disappointed. The staff at the time weren't that friendly and rushed. They definitely got their act together and have a great manager and friendly staff. The chairs are awesome and they do a very thorough job. The pedis last longer than any other place that I have gone to. HIGHLY recommend. It does get busy so def make a reservation. Weeknights aren't as busy. Can't say enough positive things....

Good Service and great prices – I have been to the Lombard location serveral times and have always been satisfied with the mani pedis that I have gotten. I would recommend making an appointment rather than a walk-in appointment. They have gotten busier so there is of course a longer wait time, but it's worth it!

The salon is always clean and the staff is always friendly.

Not very thorough – I went in with my friends and the pedicure was below average. The chairs are nice but she did not do a thorough job. Never had a pedicure and a manicure in one hour. Too short of time to complete both.

Ow! – I have been to this salon three times. I am never satisfied with the experience. They are always in such a rush that the polish bubbles, or just looks sloppy. The massages they give are painful. They just raised their prices and are definitely not worth the prices they charge. Find another salon if you are in NW and wanting a pedicure or manicure.
