terrible customer service. My initial phone call was bad. The young lady was very rude and unprofessional. I spoke to another employee and he apologized and had me work with Wally, the VP. He was a tool. They aren't good at explaining the process, their office is not a place you want to visit, they don't follow up and call back when they say they will. My tenants left but it had nothing to do with the actions of this service. My recommendation would be to try another company.
