Knowledgeable staff provides great svc.. The staff is very knowledgeable, and not as pushy as most elec. stores. When I couldn't get my questions answered at one of the big chain stores, I went here and they made me comfortable that I was buying the right equipment. They also have a low-price guarantee and quick delivery and set-up services.
