Highly effective martial arts, friendly and positive atmosphere. Lathen Martial Arts teaches Filipino Martial Arts, Kickboxing, grappling and Gung fu in the tradition of Dan Inosanto. Mr. Inosanto is one of the few people certified to teach by Bruce Lee.

There is something for everyone here. The teaching is real world focused, without useless forms, or pointless, unrealistic techniques. Techniques are presented clearly, and regular feedback and correction are offered.

Everyone, from the instructors to the the students, is super-positive and friendly.
