Recently profiled for hiring felons.
Like alot of people that have been employed by DAM, I enjoyed the work. It is very fullfilling to raise money to help clients like Habitat for Humanity and Unicef.
What I would change is replacing those that are managing Direct Adventage Marketing. Reecently, DAM was profiled through the local media for hiring felons. That is against the law because DAM workers have access to people's credit cards.
Direct Advantage Marketing fired the felons after the story broke. However they knew that criminals were working for them beforehand. Daily, someone would have somethibng of theirs stolen. Workers would even purposely spit in their food to deter thieves from stealing their lunch.
Management at also got rid of all employees that backed a proposed union which is also against the law. DAM raises money for pro-labor Democrats that adds to their dishonesty and raises levels of hypocrysy to new levels. They are chief fundraisers for The DNC.
