horrible work quality. I went to 888 auto/ hope auto when I started hearing strange noises in my car. They recommended doing a lot of work on it and I foolishly agreed. After going back and forth a number of times, I got fed up and went to another auto shop. I found out later that they were fixing my car with used parts and actually damaged my engine more.
in order to fix a small issue, they will replace all others. this place service is a scum. they would replace many parts not related to the issue and still claim that they honor the contract. yes, all car workshops are doing the similar thing, but at least they should have some decency to fix the problem! they could not find out what is the issue and blame us for not telling them the root cause!!! it is ridiculous. avoid this scum.
