6 MONTHS TRYING TO GET MY HOT TUB RADIO FIXED!!!! Wont return calls or emails. Store told me they cant do anything and I have to call Mark Boomer. Mark came last time to look at the radio and was very stand offish and rude. All we need is for 2 of the speakers to be replaced. I really hope we do not have any larger issues. When I made the purchase I talked to the sales person about how great he said the service was. I will never buy another item from them.
I CAN ONLY SAY ONE THING DON'T DO IT. THEY HAVE VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.THEY HAVE AN ATTITUDE GIVE ME THE MONEY THEN THE HELL WITH YOU. HAD MY POOL NOT EVAN A YEAR AND IT RIPPED WHERE THE WALLS CONNECT AND THEY CAME TO LOOK AT IT BUT THE FIRST THING OUT OF MARKS MOUTH WAS PROVE TO ME MY GUYS DID ANYTHING. Awsome place to buy a Hot Tub & Pool – We purchased our pool 7 years ago and needed a new liner, the liner came in damaged, Sandy immediately returned it and also allowed a $50.00 off additionally for our inconvenience. We just purchased a Hot Tub Sandy was so patient, before we took delivery she sat us down like we were in school, walked through the complete process, answered any questions we had, was kind and thru in so many extras. The delivery crew was due at our house between 11 and 1:00, they arrived with 4 men got here at 10:30, assembled the cover lift, went over things again was gone at 11:05, nice guys, we tipped them for their professionalism and threw in the hose, , got it up and running setting the temp @ 7:00 P.M., it was not heating up, called Sandy she had a service man who was on his way home here at our house in a half hour on a Saturday evening, now that is service. I highly recommend Pool City. I will not shop anywhere else for my pool or hot tub needs. And...the price was exceptional with an upgraded cover. All of my neighbors, electrician and service man cannot get over what a beautiful hot tub it is and for the service and price, do yourself a favor and go to Sandy at pool city you will not find better....Lovin the Tubbin,..
Fantastic Place to Buy a Pool – We tried to self install our pool but were unable to. I called Pool City and they sent a crew of workers to my house within a few days. Upon arrival I was greeted by VERY professional workers. They were very helpful, and knowledgeable. They fixed all the mistakes we made and fixed our pool. Pool City gave us a great price. This company helped to provide me and my family a safe and secure pool to swim in to create wonderful family memories. Pool City will have my business for as long as I own a pool. Their CUSTOMER SERVICE was exemplary and their pool installers both professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Pool City to anyone whom is considering purchasing a pool.
GREAT PLACE TO BUY A POOL – After shopping several places for a new pool we stopped at Pool City. The sales person was very helpful and we selected a great new pool that was less expensive than the other stores we looked at. The installer did a great job and my kids are thrilled with their new pool. I recommend that anyone looking for a pool stop at Pool City.
BEST HOT TUB STORE – I shopped everywhere for a hot tub. Purchased an Ecco
spa for me and my family. The sales person was very
helpfull and took the time to explain the differences.
After we had our spa wired up, we had many questions and again the sales people at the store were all helpfull. I would recommend this store to anyone.
We have enjoyed our spa and the great service from Pool City.
GET IT IN WRITING! – Pool City is nothing but lies and deceit. They promise you the world and deliver nothing but false promises. I would ot deal with this company ever again. Out of 24 BBB complaints 19 were related to service. I filed complaints with the BBB and Attorney General. I also spoke with our family attorney. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these people unless you enjoy false promises and horrible customer service. I am shocked these idiots are still in business. Anything they promise GET IT IN WRITING because the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. I purchased a Happy Bottom they installed 3/4 of it and the rest of the pool bottom has craters like the moon. They also have actual portions of concrete blocks coming through my liner and a used deck railing around our brand new pool. Heavens sake stay away I can't stress it enough and I won't quit until I get the word everywhere!

TERRIBLE customer service!
After filling the pool, it became obvious that it is not level (not just a little bit... we're talking almost 2 inches). No one at Pool City seems willing to speak to me about this, despite numerous messages that I've left. According to the installation agreement, if I use the pool I'm agreeing that the installation is complete and satisfactory... so I've got a pool in my yard that no one can swim in. I've filed a formal customer complaint... with no response from the installer or Pool City's customer service department. The installer won't return my calls. The receptionist for the installer is downright rude. The customer service rep's attitude is basically "We're really busy right now and we'll call you when we can." NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON has been apologetic. NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON has offered to correct this issue. NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON has demonstrated anything even remotely resembling good customer service. I'm not even asking for immediate resolution... I just want someone to acknowledge that there is a problem and to outline a plan for resolution. I'm even willing to use the pool all summer and have them correct it in the fall if they would be willing to put it in writing. BUT NO ONE WILL EVEN TALK TO ME.
Save yourself TIME AND MONEY – I would have given this ZERO stars, but it won't let me!
2009 we bought a swimming pool...NIGHTMARE! They delivered it to our home, missing pieces. Guys had to travel to BUTLER to get the pieces. Once they had the pool up and we started filling, leaks all around the bottom! My puppy was running around the yard EATING CIG. BUTTS too, and guess what, NO ONE in my home is allowed to smoke. Yes, the installers smoked and threw thrash all in my yard!
After that, I had to make 8 phone calls to get someone to come and fix the liner...and the guys were still smoking as they leaned over the pool walls while it drained!
2009 later that year...should have known better but we were willing to give them another chance....WE WERE WRONG! bought a "nice looking" bar for our home...was told by the salesman that it would be cleaned and wrapped and taken apart before we picked it up....WRONG. It was saran wrapped, NOT taken apart, and FILTHY DIRTY!
When we got it home, and I HAD TO CLEAN IT, I looked under the over hang of the bar in the back...it was missing screws and completely all broken wood!
Frustrated with this, we called them, and we're told they'd replace the top of the bar but not give us a new one. I told them come get this bar we want our money back...that wasn't an option either....
I realize there aren't many places in this area to find these products, but we've decided to go online now for these purchases. When we drive past Pool City now...we flip them off each and every time. Over 8 grand spent in that store and for what? FRUSTRATION! I guess 8 grand isn't a lot to some people, but to hard working people like us, it's a few paychecks!
Horrible place to deal with – The spa was supposed to be new. When it arrived we noticed water was leaking and there were scratches. We were told it was a floor model. The delivery was also several days late. The access panel was replaced with one that did not match the stain on the rest of the spa. Nobody would return my calls. I spoke with the owner (after about 15 messages left, I finally caught him) and he was not intersted. After months of aggravation , I gave up!
