i have been to this store more than one time .every time i go there i find no one to help me find what i am looking for . for two times i have been there to buy a rug (i mved to a new house so i need two ) and i was waiting for a long time but the staff was like ignoring me .but i really wanted the rug so the first time i end up out the store and orderd the rug online .for the next time i asked a young blond lady, who is working there, if anyone can help me in rugs and wish i didnt !!! her answer came loud rude embaressing me that everybody is helping someone and if anyone got free they will come to you .. her answer was so loud as i said, and her face was angry so i decided not to talk to her anymore because i dont want to get hurt ! so i waited more till a nice helpful lady called lea helped me to get the rug ..

as i said its not my first time there but i have been many ,i noticed that the staff is tough and they do not smile barely . i do not expect that from an expensive store like pottery barn !! they should hire more people and nice lovely SMILING FACES ...

after my experience there i dicided not to go with pottery barn anymore !! not in store nor online ..

From velvet sofas to iron silverware, there's everything you need in modern, classy home decor. – In Short
One of Williams Sonoma's three retail branches, Pottery Barn started with dishware and crystal, and then expanded its inventory to include everything from shower curtains and linens to leather couches and bed frames. Everything is cool, in a spare, semi-rustic way, and the chain's customer-service philosophy and on-site decorating advisors ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
