After looking for months, my fiance and I came in on 2/9/13 & were looking at mattresses. We narrowed it down to a couple we liked & asked if there would be a sale for President's Day. She wasn't sure as she said she isn't told until she comes in that day if something will be on sale so we waited a week to see. After getting the newspaper on 2/16/13 & seeing that the mattress we were particularly interested in (Bellagio at Home) was on sale for $100 off, I phoned Jeanne to ask about delivery cost & told her I'd send my fiance down later to purchase & she could tell him then if she was able to get delivery included. When my fiance went to speak with her, she informed him that the despite the ad, the Bellagio at Home mattress was NOT on sale but that she could knock $30 off plus the delivery fee. While that is very nice, I was very upset & felt very misled from the ad. They have exactly TWO Bellagio at Home mattresses (at least on the floor) & the one he said we wanted was the one NOT going to be on sale?? Despite the ad?? Needless to say, after coming in a second time with cash in hand and expecting a sale to be honored, we walked out empty handed and unhappy. We will not be back a third time.

lousy customer service with with repairs – My experience with reese warehouse was a very negative one....They are wonderful when you are purchasing appliances until you have a repair problem....I was forwarned by serveral people who had problems with them who swore they would never go there again,since I had purchased several items such as refridgerators,microwaves,t.v.s,mattresses,bedroom suites,livingroom suites,freezers,and dinettes without any problems,I ignored their warning and proceeded to purchase their fisher paykel line ,DOuble wallovens,doubledishdrawers,and stovetop gas range.When I cleaned the ovens they both went out...Called Reese to schedule a repair and it took about 6 weeks for a repairman.. Thenit took 3 months for the parts to come in and finally fix it..A few months later I tried to clean my oven again and they both went out again.....When I went to reeses to schedule another repair ,they ask me smartly "HOW OFTEN DO YOU CLEAN THESE??? only when dirty...
