Ordered two replacement floorpans. Long story short, my account was charged twice and my order was declined by Raybuck. The cause was a conflicting address on the account (shipping vs. billing) which I admit was my fault. Called my bank and they stated the charges did go through while Raybuck stated they did not go through. Bank required a fax from Raybuck to remove charges from my account. This is where it went downhill, I called Raybuck to ask for the fax and whomever answered the phone (female and didn't give name) was rude and condescending and stated she would not send the fax. Very hateful. I had to call the bank back, ask them to stay on the line while I conferenced them with Raybuck's so they could hear it from them and not me. Horrible experience and our shop will never purchase anything from them again on principle. Customer service goes a long way with me...
Oversees Junk Parts – My experience with Raybuck Auto Body Parts was awful. First of all, the part arrived all bent up with surface rust and stickers from someone returning it . When I tried to return the cab corner, Lisa Raybuck (owner) claimed the part was sold out and I was to have my local body shop straighten it out. When I pressed even further to try and send the part back, I was told to send pictures and that I would be responsible for shipping.
The part was installed by my local body shop and rusted out in less then four months. I guess the parts at Raybuck Autobody are just as good as their customer service- a BIG ZERO.
