I can not recommend in any way. Seafood was HORRIBLE! Service was sad.Bad Attitudes were obvious and server was too lazy to get more bread sticks- never came !Lettuce was good but I would like to thank the Farmers who grew it- all Olive Garden did was stick some salty dressing and very salty cheese on it! The salt and the bad service/food raised my blood pressure-don't go unless you are on medication!
Good food – The food here is consistenly good and the salad is always fresh and cripsy cold. Bartenders are not very friendly (1 in particular) and servers are often not so clean or professional hence the 3 stars. We go here usually once everyother week and have never had any major problems. Just wish their bartender was more people friendly and servers a litte more professional. I think this comes from the managers not being the most kept and professional. They are not bad, just a little more "Country" in their appearance and demeaner So go for the food and take your friends and you'll be happy. If you can't handle occasional bad servers don't go here or if you're going alone and want a good bartender don't go here. TGI Fridays in the mall or JB Dawson's is a better choice since they have some good bartenders and they are all friendly.
The Place to Eat – Good Food, fair prices, excellent service.
disappointing once again – This is the second time I have been to an Olive Garden, the first for my wife. Both occasions at this particular one. This experience was as disappointing as the first. The food quality was very good, the waiter was very good, but that was where the good ends. My wife had the chicken Marsala, I had the classic lasagna. The chicken was an average portion with lots of potatoes to make the plate look full, but the lasagna portion was the size of a kiddie meal, measuring about 3". It was obvious that management prefers to understaff, given the hurried pace of the wait staff. The waiter brought 3 breadsticks at a time, and the large salad bowl brought to the table was only filled with enough salad for 1 1/2 small individual salads. Had to repeatedly keep asking for salad and breadsticks because of that. The house dressing was very good, there was NO choice of dressing. If it wasn't for the bread sticks, and the salad, we both would have left hungry, and neither of us gorge ourselves. Bottom line, not worth the wait or the money.
Traditional dishes and all -you-can-eat salad, soup and bread sticks are the draw at this upscale-casual Italian restaurant. – In Short
Established in 1982, this chain gained a following for its laid-back atmosphere and generous portions. Patrons settle into comfortable booths and tables in dining rooms with plants, artwork and décor reminiscient of the villas in the Tuscan countryside. Starters include scampi, sausage or pepperoni pizza, and several soup choices, as well as a signature seafood dip (crab, shrimp, cheese and marinara). Entrees include classics like lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo and chicken parmigiana. There are also "Garden Fare" options, which promise 30 percent fewer calories.
Great food, lackluster experience – Upon entering the Olive Garden on a Sunday evening, one will be captured by the sound of people chatting, the beautful aroma of italian food, and the feeling elbows in your side as a path is cleared to the hostess. The name is given, and 75 min. later, we are seated in the dinning room ready to be served.
The waitress is at our table promptly, and takes our orders. It is not long before we are feasting on appetizers and the "never ending" bowl of salad. After just one serving each of the salad, we were assured by our server that our food would soon be arriving. Joy ensued, and we barely even notice that the "never ending" bowl of salad had been whisked away, still half full. Much to our horror, the salad was never returned.
Two waitresses stopped by our table, and I looked up, thinking that our en trees may be in hand. But much to my dismay, their hands contained only a check for another table, and the stood there, discussing the tip.
A few minutes passed, and our food was served, piping hot and steaming, by a server who was not our original waitress. Our waitress stopped by a few min. later, and was gracious enough to bring a refill of Coke in place of a Dr. Pepper, which is what I ordered, and bring some take home containers to our table.
All that was left to do was pay the check, and finish off those lovely Andes mints that are brought to the table at the conclusion of each meal. The check was taken, the tip was pocketed, and the two of us walk mint less out into the night.
In all seriousness, the waitresses need to take their tip conversations to the back, the lobby needs to have a little breathing room, and more tables would be a great addition.
I would recommend going there, just based on the food. I had the Seafood Alfredo... very good. My fiancee had the Chicken Parmigiana, and that was very amazing. Good food to be sure
An extremely pleasant experience. – When you are at the olive Garden you feel as are the only people their. The service is excellent and the staff dedication is way above average. The food excellent. Try it you will never regret it.
