Good Place – The location of the restaurant is really good because it is located inside te fairmont hotel. The food is excellent. The service is good but then the serving of the food is quite slow. But overall the restaurant is good.

Little Thai is a Little Known Gem! – I live in the Nob Hill area, and have always ordered Thai from Thai Spice on Polk, but recently I tried Little Thai and I think it's much better. The food has been very consistent the three times i've had it, and it always seems to be crowded when I walk by, so others must agree. When we ate in the restaurant, the service was great, and so were our noodle dishes. It's some of the best Pad Thai i've had in the city. I would definitely recommend this place.

quick, consistant thai with good service – This place is perfect for quick/late/easy dinners. It is a place you can count on for a good thai meal and a great last minute place for a large group.

I still love this place – Their food is great, spicy and quick. They deliver or you can eat in or get takeout which I do quite often. The minced chicken with basil is excellent. The soups are great too. The other bad reviews are hard to believe. I've been eating here for 10 years and still like it. Lemongrass down the street is also good. I alternate between the two.

yuck – i ordered food here after seeing positive reviews. but the food... it was bad. it tasted packaged... like thai kitchen that you buy at safeway. none of the people that ordered were satisfied with their meal... overall very disappointing.

waste of money – i go to a lot of thai restaurant, and this is one of the worst that i ever had

the rice is not cooked enough, and the food is not as tasty as it supposed to be.

Although the food came out only 5 min after we placed the order.

Nondescript Polk Gulch restaurant provides simple Thai dishes served both in their kitschy dining room and to your home. – There's not a lot that distinguishes this simple, comfortable Thai restaurant on that busy stretch of Polk Street from dozens of other simple, comfortable Thai restaurants around the city, but that's kind of the point. It's a neighborhood sort of place suitable for stopping by after a happy hour at one of the nearby bars or calling up on a rainy weekday evening when you want pumpkin curry without getting out of your slippers. And it clearly doesn't need to be fancy because it's regularly packed as it is--locals come for the curries (make sure to ask for it spicy if you don't mind the heat), stir-fried noodles and selection of uncommon dishes like clay pots and bacon-wrapped prawns.

User review by buddysf – Based on the other reviews I decided to try Little Thai. The food was good, but the service was poor. My table was dirty, and the sever never came back to the table to fill my water, or ask how things were.

one of my most favorite places – little thai has a special place in my heart -- my bday was held here. the owner is a complete sweetheart and the staff is very attentive and kind. the food is one of the greatest values in sf. you can't beat that great taste for that little cost. my recommendation is #31 but with the beef instead of chicken. it's not on the menu but they always will make it. mmm, the eggplant.

good eating.

Nothing bad to say about this spot! – We love this neighborhood spot. The food is great. We especially love the green curry (just as good as in Thailand), lab kai (can substitute with ground pork, which is how it's traditionally prepared), and the green papaya salad. I've also used them to cater parties (fresh spring rolls and chicken satay) with great success.
